Eco resorts · Content marketing

Write the pages a careful traveller reads before trusting a green claim.

Content marketing for an eco resort is the writing, photography and video that explain the stay, the setting and the practices to a guest who has not yet booked. GullySales works on turning what the owner and the naturalist already know into guides and pages that guests, agents and search engines can use.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For eco resorts

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The naturalist's knowledge sits in their head”

The person who leads the morning walk knows when the hornbills nest and where the pugmarks appear. None of that is written down. A recorded conversation turns it into guides that no competitor can copy.

  • “Guests want the downsides stated”

A page that says there is no air conditioning, the road is rough in the rains and the signal drops by the river is read as honest. The traveller who still books has chosen the place knowingly and writes the review with that knowledge.

  • “Agents need something to forward”

A travel desk building an itinerary looks for a sheet with the stay, the sights, the sustainability statement and the booking terms in one place. Without it, the agent writes their own version, with errors.

  • “A calendar of seasons gives a reason to write”

Migrant birds, the first rains, a festival in the village and the reopening of the park each give a timely piece. Writing around them gives the site fresh pages in the months a traveller is planning.

What we do

What we deliver for eco resorts.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A sustainability page with evidence

Energy, water, waste, food and hiring set out with plain detail, photographs and the name of who runs each.

Result: A guest can check each claim.

  2. Guides written from the naturalist's notes

Birds, animals, trails and seasons, recorded in conversation and edited into clear guides.

Result: The site holds first-hand knowledge.

  3. An honest what-to-expect page

Room facilities, noise, insects, food, connectivity and the journey, stated plainly.

Result: Guests arrive knowing what the stay is like.

  4. A one-page sheet for agents and groups

Stay details, inclusions, extras and sustainability points ready to forward.

Result: An agent can pass it on unchanged.

  5. A seasonal writing calendar

A list of pieces matched to the months guests plan, agreed with the manager.

Result: The team knows what to write next.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the content?
We write and edit it with you. The facts come from your team, so the manager and naturalist check every page before it goes live.
Should we publish photographs of animals?
Use your own photographs, credited, and say when and where they were taken. Do not suggest that a guest will see the same animal. Follow the park's current rules on filming.
Do we need a blog?
A few well-built guides are worth more than a long list of thin posts. A blog helps when it carries first-hand knowledge that a guest cannot find elsewhere.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
