Eco resorts · Website

Build the site that proves the claim and takes the enquiry on a poor connection.

A website for an eco resort is the page set that shows the rooms, the surroundings and the practices behind the name, and carries a guest to an enquiry. GullySales designs it to load on a weak mobile signal and to answer a careful traveller's questions.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For eco resorts

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Heavy pages fail where guests plan”

Travellers browse on a phone, on a train or in a small town with a patchy connection. Large images and sliders that never load cost the lodge the visit. Compressed pictures and plain layouts get through, and the guest reaches the booking route.

  • “The practices are hidden in a menu”

A sustainability link in the footer is a link no one reads. The energy, water, waste and hiring details belong on the homepage and the room pages, beside photographs, where the guest is deciding. Put them where the guest is already looking.

  • “Guests need the logistics at a glance”

How to reach the lodge, which zone of the park, what is included and what is extra, and the cancellation rule decide a booking. If these need three clicks, the guest messages instead and the manager repeats the same answers again and again.

  • “The enquiry form is not the only door”

A WhatsApp button, a call link and a form each suit different guests. Foreign visitors and agents prefer email and clear terms; Indian families prefer a message. Offering all three loses fewer people. Each route should record its source.

What we do

What we deliver for eco resorts.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A homepage that opens with evidence

The setting, the key practices and the booking route above the first scroll.

Result: A visitor sees the proof before leaving.

  2. Room and experience pages

One page per stay type and per activity, with what is included, what is extra and what to bring.

Result: Each page answers the questions guests ask.

  3. A sustainability page with detail

Energy, water, waste, food and local hiring with photographs and plain explanations.

Result: A guest can check what the lodge claims.

  4. A light mobile build

Compressed images, simple layouts and a quick-loading structure, tested on a slow connection.

Result: The site opens on a weak signal.

  5. Enquiry routes for each guest

WhatsApp, a call link and a form, each recorded with its source.

Result: You see how guests choose to reach you.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we keep using our listing on a portal and a site?
Yes. Keep the portal for reach and make the site the place where you explain the stay properly and take the direct enquiry, so guests who compare the two find the same prices and details.
Do we need online payment on the site?
Not at first. Some lodges take an enquiry and confirm by message. Add payment when the volume justifies it and you have checked the terms with your provider.
Can the site be updated by our team?
Yes. We build it so the manager can change prices, dates and photographs without a developer, and we write the steps in plain words so the front desk can follow them too.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
