Rank for the machine and the fault, not for the PLC brand.

SEO for an integrator means appearing when a maintenance engineer searches for the upgrade in front of him, such as a retrofit for an obsolete controller on a press. GullySales builds a page for each application you have delivered and clears the faults on your own site.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For industrial automation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The brand's own pages own the brand words

Searching a controller brand takes an engineer to the manufacturer, so write for the machine, the fault and the line instead.

  • Your logo wall says nothing about the line

An engineer with a bagging machine problem cannot tell from six brand logos whether you have ever done a bagging line.

  • Training searches swamp the obvious words

PLC course and institute searches dominate the general terms, so the pages that work are built on the application.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial automation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each application you have delivered

A SCADA upgrade for a water plant, a palletiser on a bag line, a retrofit on an old press, each with the scope and outcome in engineering terms.

Result: The engineer searching that exact problem finds proof.

  2. Anonymous case notes cleared for publishing

Each installation described by industry, region and system, with names removed and the wording agreed with the customer in advance.

Result: Confidential work still earns you enquiries.

  3. Pages for the obsolete systems you migrate

One page per legacy controller family you replace, covering migration risk, the shutdown window and how a cut-over is phased.

Result: A maintenance head worried about spares finds you.

  4. Search terms taken from your own quotes

The words engineers used in their enquiries and requests for quotation, pulled from your files and used as the headings on your pages.

Result: The site speaks the way the plant speaks.

  5. Speed, mobile layout and broken links fixed

The company site made readable on the phone an engineer uses on the shop floor, with dead links and missing titles corrected.

Result: The page opens where the engineer is standing.

  6. Enquiries traced to each application page

Visits, enquiries and quotes traced back to the page that produced them, against the baseline recorded at the free audit.

Result: You write the next page from evidence.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for industrial automation companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your orders came from in the last two years, how many live quotes are waiting in purchase, and how your website and proposals describe the work.

  2. 2

    Pick the accounts

A named list of plants by industry and region where your past applications fit, with the engineer, plant head and purchase contact for each.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Application pages and anonymised case notes for each kind of line you have automated, with before and after in plain engineering terms.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Search for problem-led queries, LinkedIn outreach to plant engineers, OEM distributor referrals and trade show follow-up handled as one pipeline.

  5. 5

    Close and keep

A quote follow-up schedule through technical and commercial rounds, and an AMC and upgrade routine for every commissioned line.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does search bring project enquiries in automation?
Yes, when the page names the application. Engineers read two or three application notes before ringing anybody.
How do we publish work customers will not let us name?
Write a dairy plant in north Karnataka rather than the company. The scope, the controller and the result can all be described.
Does digital marketing work for automation projects?
Yes, when it is aimed at the engineer's problem rather than your brand list. Plant engineers search for specific upgrades and read application notes before calling, and LinkedIn reaches the plant head who approves the budget.
Should we stay on IndiaMART?
Usually yes, for spares and small orders, but with a qualification step so the sales engineer does not spend the day on one-drive buyers. We set up the questions and routing so project enquiries reach the right person first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
