E-commerce fulfilment companies · Digital marketing

Plan search, content and referrals around the seller who is ready to hand over stock.

Digital marketing for a fulfilment company joins search, content, social, chat and referrals into one plan that reaches founders and operations heads at the point they decide to outsource. GullySales works on choosing the mix that fits your cities and capacity, and on tracing each enquiry back to its source.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For E-commerce fulfilment companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer is a business owner looking for a provider”

A seller is not a shopper, so marketplace-style advertising and product keywords do little. Search for a service, helpful pages and trusted introductions reach the person with the problem.

  • “Capacity should steer the plan”

Promoting hard for a city whose warehouse is full wastes spend and goodwill. The plan should lean toward the cities and seller types where you have room.

  • “Channels work together, not alone”

A founder may hear your name in a group, search it, read a returns page and then send a form. Counting only the last click misses the group and the page that made the sale.

What we do

What we deliver for E-commerce fulfilment companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A reasoned mix of search, content, social, chat and referral work, matched to your cities and capacity.

Result: A plan you can read and challenge, with reasons for each channel.

  2. Search campaigns by city

Ads and landing pages split by warehouse city and by service.

Result: Each warehouse city has its own ad and page.

  3. Enquiry source reporting

Every enquiry tagged by source and linked to trial and contract outcomes in your CRM.

Result: You see which channels led to contracts, not just forms.

  4. Pre-festive capacity push

A planned campaign before festive sales that promotes booking, with a stated onboarding cut-off.

Result: Sellers who plan early see a clear deadline.

  5. Review with your team

A sit-down with sales and operations to read results and adjust, agreed with you.

Result: Marketing choices are made with the people who run the floor.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Each channel should answer a seller who is already looking for a provider.

Fulfilment services for Shopify store in India
Answer with a search campaign and a landing page for store owners that names integrations you run and asks for the order profile.
Third party logistics for online sellers near me
Answer with city pages tied to the warehouse that really exists, plus a profile with floor photographs and a clear service area.
Comparison of fulfilment providers for D2C brands
Answer with a fair buyer's guide on what to ask any provider, including your own answers. Shortlists form at this comparison stage.
LinkedIn search by an operations head for 3PL partners
Answer with a company page and posts from the floor that show process. This buyer checks credibility before asking for a quote.
Seller community recommendation
Answer with a response routine for group mentions and a referral prompt to current brands, since a trusted name from another founder carries most weight.

Who it is for

This is written for these E-commerce fulfilment companies.

  • D2C brands in beauty, personal care, food and apparel
  • Marketplace sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra
  • Shopify and WooCommerce stores shipping across India
  • Home-grown fashion and jewellery labels with high return rates
  • Gourmet, snack and nutrition brands needing batch and expiry control
  • Electronics and accessories sellers handling serial numbers
  • Subscription box and gifting businesses with seasonal spikes
  • Cross-border sellers shipping to or from India

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Warehouse capacity is full for the coming season, and paid reach would bring sellers you cannot take on.
  • You have no enquiry source record yet, so you could not tell which channel brought a signed seller.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should we spend first?
On the pages and routes closest to a decision: service pages, city pages and search for sellers actively looking. Brand-building comes after enquiries are being handled well.
Do we need all the channels?
No. A smaller set done properly beats a thin presence everywhere. We recommend based on your cities, capacity and where current clients came from.
Can you guarantee returns on ad spend?
No. We set up tracking and report what happened. Results depend on your pricing, capacity and the seller market in your cities.
How does warehouse capacity shape the plan?
Push channels when space is open and ease off when it is full, because enquiries you cannot serve cost sales time and reputation. Keep sales told of free capacity each time it changes, so the plan follows the floor rather than a calendar.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
