Manufacturing · Construction Materials
The mason orders blocks from the plant he can phone, and ours is not in his phone.
Blocks are sold by the thousand and delivered in a truck. The decision is local, because a block is heavy and the freight is part of the price. A plant outside the delivery radius is not a plant at all.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
Concrete block manufacturing covers solid and hollow blocks, AAC and fly ash blocks, and similar walling units made in plants and sold by the truckload to builders and contractors. GullySales works on how block makers are found by site supervisors and contractors, how a delivery rate enquiry is answered, and how one truckload becomes a standing supply.
Inside the radius, the buyer is a mason, a supervisor or a small builder who phones whoever delivered last time.

Who it is for
This is written for you if concrete blocks is what you make or sell.
- Solid and hollow concrete block plants
- AAC and fly ash block manufacturers
- Plants supplying layouts and apartment projects
- Small yards supplying masons and individual house builders
- Makers who add a second plant or truck and need more orders to fill it
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- A plant with irregular curing or size, since a builder checking on site finds it quickly and tells others.
- A maker with no delivery vehicle or arrangement and no way to promise a day.
How buyers choose
What decides the sale of concrete blocks.
Rate per block delivered
The first question is the rate at the site. Two plants are compared on delivered cost per thousand, including unloading.
Size, strength and curing
A supervisor checks the dimensions, how the block rings when tapped and whether it has been cured. Builders with an engineer ask for a compression test.
Project supply schedule
For a large project, the buyer asks for a supply plan by floor or phase, and a fixed rate for the term.
Recommendation from another site
A mason or supervisor tells another which plant delivered on time. Most small orders come from this.
Where orders are lost
What usually goes wrong when you sell concrete blocks.
In the words owners use on the first call.
“Truck is full one day and empty the next”
Orders arrive in bursts. A plant that does not know next week's demand either overproduces or turns buyers away.
“The builder switched to the cheaper plant”
Block rates are compared by phone call. A plant that does not ring its buyers after delivery is not remembered when the next call is made.
“We do not know who is building near us”
New layouts and apartment sites start without any announcement. The plant finds out when the sand arrives.
“AAC and concrete buyers ask different things”
A builder moving to AAC wants to know about the mortar, the thickness and the plastering. A maker who cannot answer loses the conversation.
The scope
The work we would propose for concrete blocks.
Measured on qualified enquiries, quotation requests, follow-up on each quotation, orders won and, where you sell through dealers or shelves, repeat orders by channel. Anything here that needs a platform, directory or tool we have not used with you is confirmed with you before it goes in the scope.
- A delivery-area map and rate request pageA page and a Google profile that show where you deliver, with a form for quantity, site and date.
- A list of new sites in the delivery radiusLayouts, apartment projects and approved plans in your area, with the contractor's name, built into a call list.
- WhatsApp rate responseA standard reply with rate, delivery day and payment terms that a person can send in a minute.
- Repeat order remindersA call after each delivery and again near the next stage of the building, since the buyer needs blocks again.

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
What we need from you
What to have ready before we talk.
None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.
- Block types and sizes you make
- Your delivery radius and number of trucks
- Names of builders and masons you supplied in the last year
- Recent rate quotations and which were won
- Any test results you are willing to show
Export and new regions
Selling concrete blocks beyond your home market.
Where you sell decides standards, documents, payment terms and freight. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new region we start from your own enquiries, your existing buyers and the directories you already use.
Blocks do not travel
Weight makes export of blocks uneconomic in most cases. The sensible plan is the delivery radius and, where it applies, the machinery, moulds or technology, if you are a maker of those.
Neighbouring states
The nearer opportunity is often across a state border. A plant's tax and transport papers for inter-state delivery should be checked with your adviser.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Option 4
Guidance for your own team or agency
We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
