The developer asked for pavers in three colours and a laying crew, and we only sell the blocks.

Pavers are bought by area and laid by a crew. The enquiry usually says square metres, a pattern and a colour, and asks whether the price includes laying.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

A building materials team reviews blocks, pavers and roofing samples

In one paragraph

Paver manufacturing covers interlocking concrete blocks and tiles for roads, driveways, parking areas, pavements and landscaping, made in a yard and laid by crews. GullySales works on how paver makers are found by layout developers, municipal engineers and homeowners, how site enquiries are quoted, and how laying crews and dealers bring repeat work.

A maker who also arranges the crew sells a finished surface. One who only sells blocks depends on whoever the buyer finds to lay them.

Who it is for

This is written for you if pavers is what you make or sell.

  • Interlocking paver and kerb stone makers
  • Yards supplying layouts, apartment compounds and industrial estates
  • Makers selling to municipal and public contractors
  • Producers of coloured and patterned pavers for homes and landscaping
  • Yards that supply and lay under one rate

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • A yard that cannot keep thickness and strength consistent across lots, since a visible failure on a road is hard to live down.
  • A maker who will not name the strength grade of a paver. Contractors ask.

How buyers choose

What decides the sale of pavers.

  1. Area, thickness and load

The buyer says the area and the use, whether footpath, parking or heavy vehicle. The thickness and strength offered change with that.

  2. Shade card and pattern

A homeowner or architect picks a colour and a laying pattern from a card or a sample patch. They want to see a laid area.

  3. Supply and laying rate

Buyers ask for a rate per square metre with and without laying. A single rate for the finished surface is simpler for them to compare.

  4. Municipal and layout approvals

Public works and layout developers buy against a specification and an engineer's sign-off. A yard needs a data sheet and prior supplies to be considered.

Where orders are lost

What usually goes wrong when you sell pavers.

In the words owners use on the first call.

  • “The contractor quotes laid and we are quoting supplied”

Two rates are put side by side and are not comparable. The buyer picks the one that looks complete.

  • “Developers want colour samples and we send a catalogue”

A printed photograph hides variation. A sample paver or a small laid patch is the real answer.

  • “Rainy months are dead and the dry months overflow”

Laying slows with weather, and orders come in bunches. The yard runs behind in one season and idle in another.

  • “Municipal engineers do not know our grade”

A public engineer approves what is on their approved list or has been tested. A yard missing from both is not considered.

The scope

The work we would propose for pavers.

Measured on qualified enquiries, quotation requests, follow-up on each quotation, orders won and, where you sell through dealers or shelves, repeat orders by channel. Anything here that needs a platform, directory or tool we have not used with you is confirmed with you before it goes in the scope.

What we do

What you get for pavers.

Each deliverable and what it is there to change.

  1. A shade and pattern card

Real colours, photographed in daylight, with the laying patterns available. It reduces returns after delivery.

  2. A use-based strength guide

Which paver for foot traffic, light vehicles and heavy vehicles, in plain words.

  3. A supply-and-lay quotation format

Itemised, so that comparison is fair.

  4. A laid-site gallery

Driveways, roads and parking lots, with the area and the year, so the buyer sees age as well as colour.

  5. A developer list with project stage

So the call is made when paving is near, not when it is done.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries by use and source
  • Quotation requests
  • Follow-up on each quotation
  • Trial supplies won
  • Repeat orders from developers and contractors
  • Sample patches shown

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

What we need from you

What to have ready before we talk.

None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.

  • Paver types, thicknesses and colours made
  • Laying crew arrangement, if any
  • Recent quotations and which were won
  • Photographs of laid areas
  • Municipal or layout supplies you have made

Export and new regions

Selling pavers beyond your home market.

Where you sell decides standards, documents, payment terms and freight. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new region we start from your own enquiries, your existing buyers and the directories you already use.

  1. Pavers are heavy

Export of finished pavers is limited by freight. More often the opportunity is in moulds, machines or technical know-how, if you make those.

  2. Neighbouring regions

Road delivery into the next state or country is a question of transport cost and paperwork. Your adviser will confirm the papers.

FAQ

Questions about selling pavers.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should I offer laying with the pavers?
It simplifies the buyer's decision. It also makes you responsible for the finished surface, so only offer it if you control the crew. We can help with the offer, not with the crew.
How do I show colours online?
Photograph the actual pavers in daylight and say they vary slightly. A sample box is the final answer.
How do I reach developers before they pave?
Track layouts and apartment projects as they start and call when they reach the road stage. We would build that list.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on what is being changed and how many of the people who matter see it. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever the work touches, such as your profiles, your website or your accounts, and time with the people who can answer our questions.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
