The bed was approved on a sample, and the next hospital never saw it.

Hospital furniture is bought in lots. A new ward is fitted out with fifty beds, lockers and trolleys at once, and the order is placed through a project consultant, a contractor or the hospital's own purchase office. The cost of missing one such project is a whole year's sales to one customer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Medical device technicians inspect instruments and equipment assemblies

In one paragraph

Hospital furniture manufacturing is the making of beds, trolleys, examination couches, bedside lockers and ward furniture from steel, stainless steel and other materials. GullySales builds the product pages, project quotation follow-up and architect and contractor outreach that bring bulk furnishing orders to a maker.

The maker meets the buyer only at the quotation stage, if at all. Before that, an architect or a hospital planner has already named two or three brands.

Who it is for

This is written for you if hospital furniture is what you make or sell.

  • Makers of hospital beds, trolleys, lockers and examination couches
  • Fabricators who supply stainless steel furniture to hospitals and clinics
  • Units that sell to nursing homes and new hospital projects through contractors
  • Makers who do mainly government supply and want to add private hospital buyers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Makers who build furniture only to a single customer's drawing with no scope to sell their own range
  • Anyone who wants price-led bidding alone. The cheaper maker wins that, and marketing will not change it.

How buyers choose

What decides the sale of hospital furniture.

  1. A project list, not a single item

A new floor or ward comes with a bill of quantities: beds with side rails, bedside lockers, over-bed tables, IV stands, trolleys. The maker who can quote the entire list wins over the one who quotes only beds.

  2. The consultant and the contractor

Hospital planners and interior contractors specify or recommend brands. They look for drawings, material options and a maker who can deliver to a site on a date.

  3. A sample bed on site

The purchase team wants to see and use a bed: the height adjustment, the castors, the paint finish, the mattress platform. A site visit to your factory or a sample at the hospital settles the choice.

Where orders are lost

What usually goes wrong when you sell hospital furniture.

In the words owners use on the first call.

  • “We hear about the project when the tender is already out”

New wards are planned for months. The planner's shortlist is made before the public notice, and a maker unknown to the planner is never on it.

  • “Our quotation gets compared on price alone”

When a quotation lists only a rate, the comparison is on the rate. One that shows the gauge of tube, the finish and the castor type lets the buyer see what the difference buys.

  • “The contractor sends the order to someone else”

A contractor who does not know your delivery record and finish quality has no reason to recommend you.

What we do

What you get for hospital furniture.

Each deliverable and what it is there to change.

  1. A bill-of-quantities quotation template

A layout that lists each item with its specification, so the buyer can compare against other offers line by line.

  2. A project reference folder

Photographs, a short description and a contact for each ward you have furnished, kept ready for a planner who asks.

  3. A finish and material card

A printable sheet of colour, coating and tube options, so selection happens before the visit.

  4. A planner and contractor introduction pack

Two pages and a link, written for someone who will shortlist makers for a client.

How the result is measured

  • Project enquiries by source
  • Quotations sent against a bill of quantities
  • Follow-up completed on each project
  • Site visits to the factory
  • Orders won and repeat orders
  • Contractors and planners who sent a second project

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

What we need from you

What to have ready before we talk.

None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.

  • Product list with dimensions and materials
  • Photographs of finished furniture and of installed wards
  • The last ten project quotations and their results
  • Delivery area and what you can ship and install
  • Names of contractors and consultants you already work with

Export and new regions

Selling hospital furniture beyond your home market.

Where you sell decides standards, documents, payment terms and freight. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new region we start from your own enquiries, your existing buyers and the directories you already use.

  1. Importers and project contractors in nearby markets

Furniture is bulky, so freight shapes which markets are practical. Start with countries where your freight costs are already known.

  2. Container loads and packing

Overseas buyers ask for packing list, container loading and delivery terms. A ready template saves days of replies.

FAQ

Questions about selling hospital furniture.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do I find upcoming hospital projects?
Through the people who plan them: architects, consultants and contractors. We build and work a list of them, because the project is shaped before it is advertised.
Should I show prices on the website?
Usually not. Project prices depend on quantity and finish. Show the specification clearly and ask for the bill of quantities in the form.
Does a stainless steel range need a separate page?
Yes. Buyers search for it as a separate item, and the buying reasons are different: kitchens, sterile areas, laboratories. Give it its own page.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on what is being changed and how many of the people who matter see it. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever the work touches, such as your profiles, your website or your accounts, and time with the people who can answer our questions.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
