IndiaMART and marketplace lead management · Sales

Turn IndiaMART leads into orders, and find out whether the package is paying for itself.

An IndiaMART enquiry is rarely yours alone. The same buyer is often shown to several suppliers in your category. The one who calls back first with a sensible question usually gets asked for the quote.

A 45-minute audit call, a written and scored report within a few working days, then a monthly report against your baseline.

In one paragraph

IndiaMART leads are enquiries a buyer sends through the portal, often to several suppliers at once, and JustDial and TradeIndia leads work the same way. GullySales sets the reply routine, the qualifying questions and the source tracking for them, then reports every month what each paid package produced in orders.

Most owners pay for a yearly package, check the lead manager when there is time, and renew on a feeling. We trace each order back to the portal and the package that brought it. The renewal is then decided on orders and margin, not on the lead count the portal's executive shows you.

The problem

Does this sound like your business?

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • By the time we call back, the buyer has three quotes

The lead arrived at 11 in the morning and was seen at 6 in the evening. Two other suppliers had already spoken to the buyer.

  • Half the IndiaMART leads are students, competitors or wrong products

The team calls every lead the same way. The morning goes on people who were never buyers, and the one asking for a truckload waits.

  • We cannot tell which orders came from JustDial

Orders are recorded by customer name, not by source. The portal gets credit for nothing or everything, depending on who you ask.

  • The renewal call is our only review of the package

The portal's executive shows a count of leads delivered. Nobody in the business has a count of orders.

What we do

Everything that is included.

Each deliverable, and what it gets you. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Lead capture from every portal

IndiaMART, JustDial and TradeIndia enquiries pulled into your CRM or a shared sheet as they arrive, with the portal marked.

  2. Reply target and owner

A written first-call target per portal and a named owner for every lead, with cover for lunch, leave and Sundays.

  3. Qualifying questions

Quantity, delivery location, timeline, GST registration, and whether they buy for use or resale. Asked on the first call and recorded.

  4. Buy-lead selection rules

Which IndiaMART buy-leads get your daily quota, by product, quantity and city, so it goes on buyers you can serve.

  5. Listing and catalogue check

Product names, photos, specifications and price ranges corrected on each portal, so enquiries arrive for what you actually sell.

  6. Package payback report

Leads, quotes, orders and gross margin per portal every month, set against what each package costs you.

How the result is measured

  • Median time to first call, by portal
  • Share of leads qualified as genuine buyers
  • Orders and gross margin traced to each portal
  • Cost per order for each paid package
  • Buy-leads consumed against orders won from them

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for you if these sound familiar.

  • Manufacturers and traders on an IndiaMART or TradeIndia package who cannot say what it brought in orders
  • Service businesses on JustDial whose leads arrive by SMS and get called back in the evening
  • Suppliers who spend their buy-lead quota every day and win very little from it
  • Owners with a renewal call next month who want numbers before they sign

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You get almost no portal enquiries, and your own search and referrals need building first
  • Nobody can call portal leads during working hours, even with a routine
  • You want fake reviews or ratings on the portals

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the IndiaMART and marketplace lead management work runs

  1. 1

    Count what last quarter produced

We match lead-manager entries to your quotes and invoices by hand. That count is the baseline.

  2. 2

    Set the routine

Reply targets, owners and qualifying questions agreed with the people who will make the calls.

  3. 3

    Connect the portals

Leads flow into one place with the source recorded. Listings are cleaned so fewer wrong enquiries arrive.

  4. 4

    Run and review

Reply time and conversion checked every month. Questions and buy-lead rules change where they are not working.

  5. 5

    Decide the renewal on numbers

Before each renewal you see cost per order and margin from each portal. Keeping, upgrading or dropping it is then your informed call.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Start with the fix the audit ranks first, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

    A three-to-six-month programme

We run the work month by month, report against the baseline every month, and you renew on the numbers. No twelve-month lock.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Are IndiaMART leads worth paying for?
For many manufacturers and traders, yes, if they are answered fast and qualified. The honest test is a full year of orders and margin from the portal against the package cost. Most businesses never work that out.
Why are so many IndiaMART leads fake or irrelevant?
Some are price-checks, students or other suppliers. Others come from listings that match the wrong search. Better product names and a short qualifying call cut the waste, but no supplier gets only buyers.
How are JustDial leads different from IndiaMART and TradeIndia leads?
JustDial leads are mostly local people wanting a service nearby, and they expect a call within minutes. IndiaMART and TradeIndia leads are more often business buyers asking about a product, quantity and price.
Can IndiaMART lead management happen inside our CRM?
Usually yes. IndiaMART offers ways to export or pull enquiries automatically, and most CRMs take them in with the source marked. Where a portal has no connector, a daily import from the lead manager does the job.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts. For sales work it is mostly our time, with production only where scripts, decks or CRM setup need it.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time and follow-up usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Process, CRM and training changes show as the team uses them. The monthly report tracks each one against the baseline.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
