Electroplating and surface finishing units · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a buyer finds when he searches for one finish by name.

SEO for an electroplating unit means a buyer who types zinc plating job work or hard chrome plating service finds a page for exactly that finish. GullySales writes one page per finish and per industrial area you serve, and records which of them bring a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For electroplating and surface finishing units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One page that says plating and surface treatment”

A buyer searches for one finish on one base material. A single services page lists everything and ranks for none of it.

  • “The area you sit in is never written down”

A purchase head wants a plater near his factory. If the page never says Peenya, Jigani or Bommasandra, he does not find you for those searches.

  • “The part size and tank limit are missing”

A buyer with a long shaft or a bulky casting needs to know it fits before he calls. Pages that do not say so waste both people's time.

What we do

What we deliver for electroplating and surface finishing units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per finish

Zinc, zinc-nickel, nickel-chrome, hard chrome, electroless nickel, anodising and powder coating each get their own page with base materials, tank limits and tests.

Result: Each search lands on the page that answers it.

  2. Pages for the industrial areas you serve

A short page for each area where your collection van goes, with the finishes you run and the way lots reach you.

Result: A buyer in Bommasandra finds a unit that states it serves Bommasandra.

  3. A page for each base material

Mild steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and zinc die castings need different preparation. A page for each states what you do.

Result: A buyer with an unusual metal finds out it is welcome.

  4. Answers to the questions that cause rejections

Short articles on peeling, white rust, blistering and passivation colour, written from the problems your own shop floor has fixed.

Result: Engineers who search for a fault find a unit that explains it.

  5. Search records by page

A record of which page brought a call or WhatsApp drawing, so you see which finish search is paying.

Result: You know which pages to improve first.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Match each search a buyer types to a page that answers it.

Check each search against your own site. If no page answers it, a buyer who typed it never reaches you.

zinc plating job work near me
Needs a zinc page that names your industrial area, the passivation colours you run and the biggest part your barrel or rack takes.

Needs a page with the rod diameters and lengths your tank takes, grinding after plating if you offer it, and a note on repair of worn rods.
anodising job work for aluminium parts
Needs a page that states colours, whether you do hard anodising and whether the parts are plated on racks. Add photographs of finished lots.
electroless nickel plating service
Needs a page for the engineering buyer: base metals accepted, uniform coating on complex shapes and the thickness reading you can report.
plating with test report
Needs a proof page showing which tests you run in-house, which you send out and the sample of a report you can share without a customer's name.
powder coating near Jigani

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we have one page for every finish?
Yes, when you run the line. A buyer typing hard chrome does not want to read about zinc. Keep a short main page that links to each finish page so nobody is lost.
Is a blog worth writing for a plating unit?
Short articles on faults such as peeling or white rust are worth it, because engineers search for exactly those. Write from what your own shop floor has fixed. Skip generic articles on what electroplating is.
Can we copy text from a chemical supplier's brochure?
No. Copied text ranks poorly and reads like every other plater. Use the supplier's technical sheet for your own facts, then write in your own words about the parts you really plate.
Whose name should the website and its login be in?
You should. The domain and hosting must be in the company's name, with the login held by the owner or a director. Check this before you pay anyone to build or update pages.
Do plating units need marketing, or only good quality?
Good quality keeps a customer. It does not bring a new one while a buyer searches and cannot find you. A plater who is easy to find and quick to reply gets the sample lot where quality gets judged.
Can you write for platers who do many finishes?
Yes. We write a page for each finish, because a buyer looking for hard chrome does not want to read about zinc. Each page names only what that line can do.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
