Electroplating and surface finishing units · Website

Build a site that tells a purchase head what your line takes and proves it.

Website development for an electroplating unit means building pages that state the finishes, the part sizes and the test proof a buyer looks for before he calls. GullySales plans the site around finishes and buyers, shows the line honestly and puts a form that asks for the drawing on every page.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For electroplating and surface finishing units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is a brochure with no capacity”

It says quality plating at competitive rates. A buyer needs the finishes, the base metals and the largest part you take.

  • “Proof is hidden”

Test capability and consents are not on the site. A vendor-approval engineer cannot check them and moves on.

  • “The form asks for the wrong thing”

A contact form with a name and a message gives you nothing to quote on. A form that asks for the part and the drawing saves two calls.

What we do

What we deliver for electroplating and surface finishing units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around finishes

A plan for the home page, a page for each finish, pages for the industries you serve and a proof page.

Result: A buyer finds his finish in two clicks.

  2. Photographs of the line and lots

A set of clear photographs of racks, tanks, packed lots and the gate, taken on a working day.

Result: The site shows a real unit.

  3. A proof page

A page with test capability, sample report format, consents you hold and the standards customers ask for.

Result: A vendor-approval engineer finds proof without asking.

  4. A drawing-friendly enquiry form

A form that asks for part, finish, base material, quantity and file upload, and sends the answer to the enquiry record and to WhatsApp.

Result: An enquiry arrives with enough detail to quote.

  5. A phone-first layout

A site that works on a mobile phone with a call button and a WhatsApp button, because purchase staff browse from the shop floor.

Result: A buyer on a phone can reach you in one tap.

  6. Ownership in your name

The domain, hosting and logins held by the company, with a note of who maintains the site.

Result: The site stays yours if a vendor changes.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

Put these on the site before a vendor-approval engineer asks.

A buyer of plating checks a few things before calling. Show each one plainly.

Finishes and base materials
List every finish you run and the metals each is done on. A buyer with brass or a die casting must see it named, so he knows he can send it.
Largest part your tanks take
State the length, diameter or rack size limit in the units your buyers use. A buyer with a long shaft will not call to ask if the page is silent.
Tests and records you can show
Say which tests you run in-house and which you arrange outside, and show a sample report with the customer's name removed. Do not claim a test you do not offer.
Consents and compliance held
Name the consents your unit holds from the pollution control board, only if you hold them, and say how to ask for copies. Update the page when a renewal comes.
Where you are and how lots reach you
Give the industrial area, a map link and how you collect and return lots. A buyer wants to know whether your van comes to his gate.
A form that asks for the drawing
Ask for the part, finish, base material, quantity and a file or photo. Send each submission to the enquiry record, not only to one inbox.

This is written for these electroplating and surface finishing units.

  • Zinc and zinc-nickel platers serving fastener and auto-part makers
  • Decorative nickel-chrome platers for bathroom fittings and furniture hardware
  • Hard chrome platers for hydraulic rods, rollers and moulds
  • Electroless nickel units for engineering and tooling parts
  • Anodising and hard anodising units for aluminium parts
  • Powder coating and painting lines attached to a plating unit
  • Phosphating and black oxide shops for fasteners and tools
  • Silver and gold platers for electrical contacts and jewellery
  • In-house plating departments that take outside job work

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a listing on IndiaMART enough instead of our own site?
A marketplace profile brings enquiries but you do not own it and buyers cannot check your proof. Keep it, and add your own site where finishes, tests and the Business Profile link all stand together.
Do we need Kannada or Tamil pages?
Keep the main site in English, because purchase staff and engineers read it. Add a local-language page only if some of your buyers prefer it, and have a native speaker check the text.
Does the site need to work well on a mobile phone?
It should open without a wait on an ordinary mobile connection from an industrial area. Keep photographs small, avoid heavy sliders and test the site on a mid-range phone before it goes live.
Who must own the domain and hosting account?
The company must, with the login held by the owner or a director. Ask any vendor for written confirmation of this, and keep the renewal date where you will see it.
Do plating units need marketing, or only good quality?
Good quality keeps a customer. It does not bring a new one while a buyer searches and cannot find you. A plater who is easy to find and quick to reply gets the sample lot where quality gets judged.
Can you write for platers who do many finishes?
Yes. We write a page for each finish, because a buyer looking for hard chrome does not want to read about zinc. Each page names only what that line can do.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
