Electroplating and surface finishing units · Digital marketing

Put your plating line where buyers look first, and leave the rest until later.

Digital marketing for an electroplating unit means being found when a buyer searches, answering him on WhatsApp and showing proof of your work online. GullySales starts with the Business Profile and the finish pages, adds search ads for the finishes with free capacity, and reports on enquiries instead of followers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For electroplating and surface finishing units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The unit starts with a social page”

A plating unit posts photos of finished parts to Instagram. Purchase heads do not buy there, and the unit still cannot be found on Google.

  • “Ads run before the pages exist”

Money goes into search ads that land on a home page. The click arrives and finds nothing about the finish the buyer wanted.

  • “Nothing is counted”

Calls, WhatsApp drawings and marketplace leads are not recorded by source. Nobody can say which effort worked.

What we do

What we deliver for electroplating and surface finishing units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Business Profile that shows the gate

A completed profile with finishes listed, photographs of the line and the correct address, so a nearby buyer finds you on Maps.

Result: A search near your area shows your unit.

  2. Pages for the finishes you run

A page for each finish and base material, with proof and a form that asks for the drawing.

Result: A search for one finish lands on one page.

  3. A WhatsApp business number

A business number with a greeting, a short catalogue of finishes and a named person who replies.

Result: A drawing sent on WhatsApp gets an answer from the unit.

  4. Search ads for one finish at a time

Ads for the finish with spare capacity, blocked from wrong searches and counted by call and drawing.

Result: Spend goes where the line has room.

  5. An enquiry record across channels

A single record of enquiries from Maps, search, IndiaMART, referrals and walk-ins, by finish.

Result: You can see which channel brought which lot.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start for this trade

Do these in order, and record what each one brings.

The order matters. Each step gives the next one something to work with.

Google Business Profile
First job: claim and complete it with finishes, photographs of racks and tanks, the correct gate address and a number that is answered. Record every call that says it came from Maps.
A page for each finish
Write one page for each finish you run, stating base materials, tank limits and tests. Record which page a buyer was on when he sent the drawing.
WhatsApp business number
Set a business number with a greeting and a set of questions about the part. Log each drawing in the enquiry record with the finish and the time of reply.
IndiaMART and JustDial profiles
Match them to your pages and keep photographs current. Mark leads from them as a separate source and compare how many become sample lots.
Search ads for a finish with room
When one line has spare capacity, run ads for that finish only, to the matching page. Count calls and drawings from the ad, not clicks.
What to leave until later
Brand campaigns on Instagram, an app and a long blog can wait. Do them after the profile, the pages and the enquiry record work and show real enquiries.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should a plating unit use Instagram or Facebook?
Only after the Business Profile and the finish pages are in place. Photos of bright finished parts do well on Instagram, but purchase heads search on Google and ask on WhatsApp first.
Can we do this ourselves without an agency?
You can do the Business Profile and the photographs yourself. Pages that rank, ads that block wrong searches and a record that counts sources take a person who has done them before.
Which channel first if our budget is small?
Start with the Business Profile and the finish pages, because they cost little and keep working. Add ads later, for one finish at a time, when you can count what they bring.
How will we know which effort brought a lot?
Ask every new buyer how he found you and write the answer in the enquiry record. At the end of a period, count enquiries and sample lots by source. That tells you more than any clicks report.
Do plating units need marketing, or only good quality?
Good quality keeps a customer. It does not bring a new one while a buyer searches and cannot find you. A plater who is easy to find and quick to reply gets the sample lot where quality gets judged.
Can you write for platers who do many finishes?
Yes. We write a page for each finish, because a buyer looking for hard chrome does not want to read about zinc. Each page names only what that line can do.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
