Plastic injection moulding units · Google Business Profile

Show up when a local buyer searches for a moulder near their plant.

A Google Business Profile does two things for a moulding unit that buyers or their engineers visit: it puts you in front of a buyer hunting for a nearby vendor to cut freight and lead time, and it shows a purchase head the unit is a real, running facility they can visit. GullySales checks the address qualifies, sets the profile up with the process and material categories buyers actually search for, and keeps it current.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What Google Business Profile means

A Google Business Profile is the free listing that shows your address, hours, photos and reviews when someone searches for your business or a nearby competitor on Google and Maps. GullySales sets it up correctly, keeps it updated and posts to it regularly so it works as a steady source of calls and direction requests.

For plastic injection moulding units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Category and description need the actual processes listed”

A profile listed simply as a manufacturing company misses searches for injection moulding, two-shot moulding or a specific material, so the categories and description need those terms stated plainly.

  • “Photos of the plant reassure a buyer before a site visit”

A buyer deciding whether to shortlist a new vendor checks the profile's photos for a real, organised facility. An empty or outdated photo section reads as a smaller or less serious operation than it is.

  • “Proximity to industrial clusters matters for freight-sensitive buyers”

A buyer sourcing bulky components sometimes filters by distance to reduce freight cost, and an accurate address keeps the unit visible to buyers in nearby industrial estates.

What we do

What we deliver for plastic injection moulding units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Categories and description naming actual processes

The profile's category and description rewritten to name injection moulding, two-shot moulding and the specific materials run, not just manufacturing.

Result: A buyer searching for the exact process finds the profile.

  2. A current photo set of plant and machines

Photographs of the shop floor, presses and finished components uploaded and kept current, replacing an empty or outdated photo section.

Result: A buyer sees a real, organised facility before ever visiting.

  3. An accurate address and visiting hours

The address and the hours the unit receives visitors set accurately, so a buyer's engineer arrives when someone is there.

Result: A buyer filtering by distance finds the unit and knows when to visit.

  4. Pre-filled answers to common buyer questions

The most common buyer questions about tonnage, materials and certifications answered directly in the profile's questions and answers section.

Result: A buyer gets a straight answer without needing to call first.

  5. A trigger list for updating the profile

A short list of triggers, such as a new machine or certification, that prompt an update to the profile's photos, categories and description.

Result: The profile stays accurate without depending on someone remembering.

How the result is measured

  • Profile views
  • Calls from the listing
  • Direction requests

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the profile needs

What a moulding unit's profile needs to qualify, and to give a buyer's engineer the facts before a visit.

The unit's gate and visiting rules
Write the full address with the shed number and a landmark, and note that visitors need an appointment or gate pass. A first-time visitor should not be stopped at security.
Category from Google's list, then the process
Choose the plastic moulding category closest to your work and describe the processes in the description. Check Google's current category list, since labels differ from trade terms.
Processes and materials as services
List injection moulding, two-shot and insert moulding as separate services, with the materials you run, such as polypropylene, ABS and glass-filled nylon.
Machine photographs with tonnage visible
Photograph the presses with the tonnage plate legible, the mould store and finished components in a tray. Keep customer-owned moulds and part drawings out of the frame.
Tooling terms in the answers
Answer who owns the mould, whether you build tools in-house or take the buyer's tool, and whether you run trial batches. These are the first questions a purchase head asks.
Name and phone as on your papers
Use the registered name and a number the sales desk answers. A buyer cross-checking GST details against the profile should find the same name.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the google business profile work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your locations

We confirm every branch, its correct details and which categories genuinely match what it offers.

  2. 2

    Audit current profiles

We check what is wrong, outdated or missing on each existing listing.

  3. 3

    Correct and complete

Every profile is brought up to date, with services, hours and photos filled in properly.

  4. 4

    Implement ongoing activity

Posts, photos and review replies are added on a regular schedule rather than occasionally.

  5. 5

    Measure and adjust

We track calls and direction requests and adjust categories or content where a listing underperforms.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Does a B2B manufacturer really need this, not just a website?
It helps when buyers or their engineers visit the unit, because then the profile describes a place they can come to, and some check it to confirm the unit is an active, real facility before an RFQ. A unit that receives no visitors is not what the profile is for. Google's rule is that the business has a location customers can visit, or travels to customers. Rules differ and change, so check Google's current guidelines before you apply.
What should be kept updated on the profile?
Photos of the plant and machines, the categories listed, and the address and service area, so the profile reflects the unit's current operation.
Two moulding units share one compound. Can each have a profile?
Only if each has its own entrance, signboard and staff in stated hours. Units that share one desk or name at one address are often treated as one. Do not claim a unit you do not run. Check Google's current guidelines on shared premises.
We added 'Plastic Moulding Pune' to our name and it was rejected. Why?
Google asks for the name you use in the real world, as on your signboard and papers. Added keywords and places are often removed. Use the registered name, and put the process and city in the description. Check Google's current naming rules.
How is marketing different for a moulding unit compared to a consumer brand?
A moulding unit is bought by a procurement engineer comparing tonnage, tooling lead time and an RFQ reply, not persuaded by a social media post. The work is visibility on IndiaMART and directories, a fast and complete RFQ response, and collateral that shows real capability.
Do we need ads or SEO for a moulding unit?
Most units get more from a complete, current directory listing and a faster RFQ reply than from advertising. Search visibility helps once the listings and response process are solid and the unit wants to be found for a specific process or material.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
