Plastic injection moulding units · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the process and material a buyer is actually sourcing.

SEO for a moulding unit means ranking for specific process and material searches, such as insert moulding in polypropylene or a named tonnage range. A general injection moulding services term brings unqualified traffic instead. GullySales builds pages around these specific searches and the directory listings that carry equal weight.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For plastic injection moulding units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A page per process and material combination”

A single services page covering every process the unit runs ranks for none of them well. A page dedicated to two-shot moulding in ABS answers exactly what a buyer searching that term wants to see.

  • “Directory listings rank alongside the website”

An IndiaMART or directory listing often appears in the same search results as the website. Both need the same specific process and material terms, not one treated as an afterthought.

  • “Technical detail earns trust that keywords alone do not”

A page stating actual tonnage, tooling lead time and a resin's typical application reads as credible to both a buyer and a search engine. A page repeating the word moulding without substance does not.

What we do

What we deliver for plastic injection moulding units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for every process and material search

Individual pages built for searches such as two-shot moulding in ABS or a named tonnage range, instead of one general services page.

Result: A buyer's specific search finds the exact page that answers it.

  2. Directory listings optimised alongside the website

The IndiaMART and other directory listings written with the same specific process and material terms as the website pages.

Result: The unit appears in search results whichever listing a buyer clicks.

  3. Technical detail written into every page

Actual tonnage, tooling lead time and typical resin applications written into each page, rather than repeated general manufacturing language.

Result: A buyer reads the page as credible, not just another listing.

  4. A keyword list built from real RFQ language

A list of the actual process, material and tonnage terms buyers use in RFQs and enquiries, used to guide which pages get built first.

Result: Pages target what buyers actually search, not a guess at their language.

  5. A search performance review

Rankings and enquiries from search reviewed against the baseline set before work started.

Result: You see which pages are actually bringing in RFQs.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a design or purchase engineer types before sending a part drawing, and the page that answers it.

insert moulding in polypropylene
A process page. Say which inserts you mould over, the machine range, the materials and the tolerance you can hold, and what the buyer sends: a 3D model, the insert and the annual volume.
injection moulding job work 250 ton
A machine page. List your presses by tonnage and shot size, the materials each runs, and the part sizes. A buyer filters vendors on this before they send a drawing.
mould making and moulding under one roof
A tooling page. Show your tool room, the steels and the trial steps, say who owns the mould and where it is stored, and how a mould change is approved by the customer.
glass filled nylon component manufacturer
A material page. Name the engineering resins you mould, the drying and handling you do, the parts it suits, and the sample approval a buyer receives before the first order.
ABS enclosure moulding for electronics
An enclosure page. Show finished housings, the finish and texture options, the fit checks and any assembly you do, and say what an electronics maker must send first.
plastic cap and closure manufacturer
A closure page. Show the neck finishes, the colours, the liners and the packing, plus the hygiene practices on the floor. Add the volume you can supply and the sampling steps.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How long does SEO take for a moulding unit?
A well-optimised directory listing can bring enquiries within weeks. Ranking a website page for a specific process and material search usually takes several months.
Is it worth ranking for a broad term like injection moulding?
Usually not first. A narrower term naming the process, material or tonnage range converts far better into a real RFQ than a broad term that attracts browsers.
Should the site show the resin grades we mould?
Yes, by name and family, such as PP, ABS, nylon and PC. Engineers search material first. Say which grades you stock and which a customer supplies, and that the choice depends on the part. Avoid claims about properties you have not tested.
Should we put photographs of customer parts on the site?
Only with the customer's written consent, and never a part that could reveal an unreleased product. Where consent is not given, show a generic part of the same kind and describe the process. Many OEMs have a confidentiality clause.
How is marketing different for a moulding unit compared to a consumer brand?
A moulding unit is bought by a procurement engineer comparing tonnage, tooling lead time and an RFQ reply, not persuaded by a social media post. The work is visibility on IndiaMART and directories, a fast and complete RFQ response, and collateral that shows real capability.
Do we need ads or SEO for a moulding unit?
Most units get more from a complete, current directory listing and a faster RFQ reply than from advertising. Search visibility helps once the listings and response process are solid and the unit wants to be found for a specific process or material.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
