Plastic injection moulding units · Website

Let a procurement engineer check tonnage and certifications in under a minute.

A moulding unit's website needs to answer the questions a procurement engineer checks before sending an RFQ, tonnage range, materials handled, tooling lead time and certifications, without a phone call. GullySales builds sites around these facts and a working RFQ enquiry form, rather than a general company profile.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For plastic injection moulding units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Tonnage, materials and certifications stated on the homepage”

A buyer deciding whether to send an RFQ at all often checks the homepage for tonnage range and certifications first. A site that buries these facts inside a PDF download loses that buyer before the enquiry form is reached.

  • “An RFQ form that accepts a drawing upload”

A contact form asking only for a name and message forces a buyer to send a separate email with the drawing anyway. A form that accepts the file directly removes that extra step.

  • “Past components organised by process and material”

A gallery of past work sorted by process, such as insert moulding or two-shot, and material lets a buyer find a relevant example quickly, rather than scrolling through unrelated components.

What we do

What we deliver for plastic injection moulding units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A homepage stating tonnage, materials and certifications

The homepage rewritten to state tonnage range, materials handled and certifications directly, instead of behind a PDF download.

Result: A buyer decides whether to send an RFQ within the first look.

  2. An RFQ enquiry form accepting a drawing upload

A form built to accept a drawing file, quantity and target date directly, removing the need for a separate follow-up email.

Result: A buyer can send a complete RFQ in one step.

  3. Past components gallery sorted by process and material

Completed jobs organised by process, such as insert or two-shot moulding, and material, so a buyer finds a relevant example quickly.

Result: A buyer checks a comparable job without scrolling through unrelated work.

  4. A certifications and capability page

A dedicated page listing every certification held, with the tonnage and components each one applies to.

Result: A buyer verifies the unit meets their requirement before contacting anyone.

  5. A content update path handed to your team

A simple way for your team to add a new machine, material or completed job to the site without depending on a developer.

Result: The site keeps pace with what the unit can actually run.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a moulding unit's website must show before an engineer sends a drawing.

Machine list with make, tonnage and shot weight
Give a table of machines with make, clamping tonnage and shot capacity, and note any robot take-out or auto feeding. A buyer matches the part to a machine from this.
Resins and grades you mould
List PP, ABS, nylon, polycarbonate and glass-filled grades you run, and say whether you handle flame-retardant or food-contact grades. Also name what you do not run.
Tool room and mould maintenance
Say whether you repair and polish moulds in-house, or send them out, and who stores the tool between orders. Buyers ask before paying for a new tool.
Operations after moulding
List what you do after the part leaves the press: ultrasonic welding, pad printing, assembly, packing. One supplier doing all of it saves the buyer a vendor.
Sample approval and inspection records
Show the inspection equipment you use and whether first-article or PPAP reports go with samples. Describe the steps from sample to production approval.
Packing, dispatch and where you are
Name the industrial area, the nearest port or highway, how parts are packed and whether you keep stock for repeat customers.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a full e-commerce style website?
No. A moulding unit needs clear capability information and a working RFQ enquiry form, not a shopping cart, since orders are quoted individually against a drawing.
How long does a rebuild take?
It depends on how much capability and certification content needs to be gathered and written. We set a date once we have read your brief and see how much of the tonnage and certification detail still has to be written from scratch.
Should the website show a minimum order quantity?
Yes, or at least say what range you serve. A buyer wanting a few hundred pieces and a unit that runs lakhs of pieces waste each other's time. If the minimum depends on part size and tool cost, say that, and say the RFQ will confirm it.
Can the site give an instant quote for a part?
Not reliably. A moulding price depends on part weight, cycle time, tool cost, resin and quantity, so an automated figure is often wrong. Use the form to collect those details well, and let an engineer reply with a real quotation.
How is marketing different for a moulding unit compared to a consumer brand?
A moulding unit is bought by a procurement engineer comparing tonnage, tooling lead time and an RFQ reply, not persuaded by a social media post. The work is visibility on IndiaMART and directories, a fast and complete RFQ response, and collateral that shows real capability.
Do we need ads or SEO for a moulding unit?
Most units get more from a complete, current directory listing and a faster RFQ reply than from advertising. Search visibility helps once the listings and response process are solid and the unit wants to be found for a specific process or material.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
