Rubber manufacturers · Google Business Profile

Let a nearby buyer or a plant visit request find your factory in a search.

A Google Business Profile for a rubber manufacturer helps a nearby buyer, a logistics partner or a visiting auditor find your factory directly, where the factory receives visitors. It states your hours and contact details alongside your IndiaMART and website presence. GullySales checks the address qualifies, then sets it up correctly for a manufacturing location, not a retail one.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What Google Business Profile means

A Google Business Profile is the free listing that shows your address, hours, photos and reviews when someone searches for your business or a nearby competitor on Google and Maps. GullySales sets it up correctly, keeps it updated and posts to it regularly so it works as a steady source of calls and direction requests.

For rubber manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Category and description matter more here than for a retail listing”

Choosing the correct manufacturing categories and writing a specific, technical description helps the profile appear for relevant local B2B searches rather than generic ones.

  • “Photographs of the factory build a different kind of trust”

Photographs of machinery, the production floor and quality checks reassure a buyer researching before an audit visit, which stock imagery cannot replicate.

  • “This profile supports the audit visit, not just discovery”

A buyer's team confirming your address and hours ahead of a factory audit uses this profile as a basic, practical reference point before the visit even happens.

What we do

What we deliver for rubber manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Manufacturing categories set for local B2B searches

Correct manufacturing categories and a specific, technical description, instead of a generic listing, so the profile appears for relevant local searches.

Result: A nearby buyer or logistics partner finds the factory in a search.

  2. Factory photographs for pre-audit research

Photographs of machinery, the production floor and quality checks added to the profile, for a buyer researching before an audit visit.

Result: A visiting auditor arrives already reassured by what they saw online.

  3. Address and hours confirmed for visiting teams

Accurate address, hours and contact details kept current, used by a buyer's team confirming details ahead of a factory audit.

Result: A visit is not delayed by wrong or missing basic information.

  4. Profile aligned with IndiaMART and website details

Contact details and description matched to your IndiaMART and website presence, so nothing about the profile looks inconsistent.

Result: A buyer researching you across platforms sees one consistent picture.

  5. Profile updated with each certification added

A routine update to categories and photographs whenever a certification, machine or capability changes on the factory floor.

Result: The profile never shows an out-of-date version of the factory.

How the result is measured

  • Profile views
  • Calls from the listing
  • Direction requests

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the profile needs

What a rubber factory's profile needs so a visiting buyer or transporter reaches the right gate.

The gate that receives visitors
Many factories have a separate truck entrance and visitor gate. Name the visitor gate in the description, with a landmark, so auditors and drivers do not end up at the wrong one.
A category from Google's list
Choose the rubber or gasket category closest to what you make, from Google's current list. A generic manufacturing label brings searches for products you do not supply.
Product families written as buyers search
List oil seals, O-rings, gaskets, rubber-to-metal parts or conveyor belts as separate services, whichever you really make. Add the compound types you mould, such as nitrile or EPDM.
Floor photographs without proprietary detail
Show the moulding presses, the compound store and finished gaskets in labelled bins. Keep customer part drawings and formulation sheets out of every frame.
Visit requirements in the questions
Answer what a visitor needs: an appointment, an ID, safety shoes in the shop floor, and the hours the gate is staffed. This saves a wasted trip for the buyer's team.
Name and number as on your documents
Use the registered name and a number answered during gate hours. A buyer cross-checking GST details or the IndiaMART listing should find the same name.

Who it is for

This is written for these rubber manufacturers.

  • Custom moulded rubber component manufacturers
  • Industrial gasket and seal manufacturers
  • Conveyor belt manufacturers
  • Tyre retreading material suppliers
  • Rubber-to-metal bonded parts manufacturers
  • Export-oriented OEM suppliers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the google business profile work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your locations

We confirm every branch, its correct details and which categories genuinely match what it offers.

  2. 2

    Audit current profiles

We check what is wrong, outdated or missing on each existing listing.

  3. 3

    Correct and complete

Every profile is brought up to date, with services, hours and photos filled in properly.

  4. 4

    Implement ongoing activity

Posts, photos and review replies are added on a regular schedule rather than occasionally.

  5. 5

    Measure and adjust

We track calls and direction requests and adjust categories or content where a listing underperforms.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is this worth it for a B2B manufacturer with no walk-in customers?
It helps where buyers, auditors or transport partners do come to the factory in stated hours, because it gives them accurate details and a pin. A plant that receives no one is not what the profile is for. Google's rule is that the business has a location customers can visit, or travels to customers. Rules differ and change, so check Google's current guidelines before you apply.
What photographs should we include?
Machinery, the production floor and any certifications displayed on site, which speak directly to a buyer's evaluation criteria.
We have a factory and a warehouse in another town. Do both need profiles?
Only a location where customers can visit and staff are present in stated hours qualifies. A warehouse with no one serving visitors should stay off. If the warehouse has a sales desk, it can have its own profile. Check Google's current guidelines for multiple locations.
Our profile was suspended without a clear reason. What do we do?
Read the notice and check the usual causes: the address, name or category. Correct those, then file the reinstatement request with proof such as the signboard, GST registration and a utility bill. Do not open a second profile. Check Google's current process.
Do we need to advertise?
Rarely at first. A complete IndiaMART listing and product pages for each compound reach buyers who are already searching. Paid search helps later for standard parts with steady demand, such as O-rings in common sizes.
Should we list every compound we mould, like EPDM, nitrile and silicone?
Yes, each with its own page. An engineer searches for "EPDM gasket manufacturer" or "food-grade silicone moulding", not for a rubber company. Each page names the hardness range, and the tests you hold certificates for.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
