Moving companies · Branding

Look like a carrier with a licence, not a broker with a phone.

Branding for a moving company is what a nervous customer concludes from the truck in the driveway, the crew at the door and the estimate in their inbox. GullySales sets the name, the livery, the uniforms and the paperwork so you look like the company that answers on moving day.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For moving companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A plain white rental truck confirms every fear they have

The customer has read about brokers who hand the job to whoever turns up. An unmarked truck in the driveway looks exactly like that story.

  • Your USDOT number on the door is a marketing asset

It has to be there anyway, and it is the first thing a careful customer looks for. Make it legible rather than the smallest size you can get away with.

  • The crew at the door is the whole brand

Matching shirts, a clipboard and somebody who introduces himself decide the review before a single box moves.

  • A name that sounds national costs you calls

Generic names blur into the broker stories customers have been warned about. A name tied to your town reads as a real carrier with an address.

What we do

What we deliver for moving companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Truck livery with the licence numbers legible

Door, side and rear artwork carrying the company name, the USDOT and MC numbers and a phone number readable across a street.

Result: The truck in the driveway reassures instead of worrying.

  2. Crew uniforms and an introduction routine

Shirts, name badges and a short script for the foreman at the door, so a customer knows who is in the house.

Result: The move starts with somebody calm and identified.

  3. An estimate and contract a customer can read

The estimate, the paperwork references and the claims information laid out to be understood, written with your estimator and reviewed by your attorney.

Result: The paperwork stops feeling like a trap.

  4. Packing material and equipment marked

Blankets, cartons, wardrobe boxes and dollies carrying your name, since they sit in the customer's house for days.

Result: The customer sees your name through the whole job.

  5. One description of the company, used everywhere

A short statement of who you are, how long you have run and what you do not do, used on the profile, the website and the estimate.

Result: Every place a customer checks says the same thing.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these moving companies.

  • Local household movers billing by the hour
  • Long-distance carriers running their own authority
  • Van line agents
  • Office and commercial relocation specialists
  • Senior move and downsizing specialists
  • Labour-only loading and unloading crews
  • Packing, crating and specialty item movers
  • Storage and containerised storage operators
  • Junk removal and clear-out services
  • New companies running one or two trucks

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for moving companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace last summer's leads by source. How many minutes before each was answered, what each booked job cost to win, and what happened in December.

  2. 2

    Fix the first call

A routing rule and a written first reply for shared leads, a call script that asks about stairs and parking, and a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Fix the estimate

A survey booking step before any number is given, an estimate format that explains binding and non-binding, and a follow-up on every quote sent.

  4. 4

    Buy the right leads

Local Services Ads, search, and the review profile built up, with marketplace spend judged on cost per booked job rather than on lead count.

  5. 5

    Fill the winter

Commercial, senior and storage work pushed in the off months, and the apartment, Realtor and relocation relationships kept warm all year.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a small mover need uniforms?
Matching shirts and name badges, yes, and they cost less than one damage claim. The customer is deciding whether to trust four strangers with their furniture. Nothing else you spend on changes that moment as cheaply.
Should we rename the company to sound national?
Usually the opposite. Customers have been warned about brokers with national-sounding names who hand the job on. A name tied to your town, with an address behind it, reads as the carrier they want.
Should we keep buying shared leads?
Only if somebody can be first to the phone. The marketplace sells that form to several movers, and speed is the only edge available on it. We measure cost per booked job by source and let the number decide, which often moves budget into Local Services Ads and reviews instead.
Can you run our Local Services Ads?
Yes, including the budget by season, the service areas and disputing the leads that were never movers. The background check and licence verification behind the Google Guaranteed badge stay between Google and your company, since that is your paperwork and your authority.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
