Moving companies · Lead generation

The shared lead goes to whoever calls back first, every time.

Lead generation for a moving company is the minute between a form landing and somebody ringing it, and the survey that turns an enquiry into a booked job. GullySales builds the routing, the first message and the follow-up on every quote that goes quiet.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For moving companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Speed is the only advantage a shared lead offers

That form was sold to five movers at once. Twenty minutes later there is nothing left to win, however good your crews are.

  • A phone quote is not a lead, it is a guess

A number given without an inventory books a job that loses money on the day. The survey is the step that makes the enquiry worth having.

  • The customer is frightened before you say anything

They have read about a load held hostage and a price that doubled. The first call is won by asking about stairs, parking and a piano, not by quoting fast.

  • Your best repeat source never moves house

A leasing office, a Realtor or a senior move manager sends work every month for years. One of those outlasts any month of advertising.

What we do

What we deliver for moving companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Shared leads routed to a person, not an inbox

Marketplace and form enquiries sent straight to whoever can call, with a written first message going out while the call is being attempted.

Result: You are first rather than fourth.

  2. A call script built around the real job

Stairs, elevator reservations, parking for a 26-foot truck, long carries, a piano or a safe, asked in the order an estimator needs them.

Result: The crew is sized for the move that turns up.

  3. Video survey booking before any number is given

A booking step and reminder sequence that moves a caller from asking a price to walking a phone camera through the house.

Result: Estimates get built on an inventory.

  4. Follow-up on every quote that went quiet

A second and third contact on estimates with no answer, repeating the date, the crew size and what is included.

Result: Quotes stop being sent and forgotten.

  5. A referral list of buildings and agents

Leasing offices, Realtors, title and escrow staff, senior move managers and storage facilities in your area, with an outreach routine against each name.

Result: Work arrives without a lead fee attached.

  6. One record of every enquiry and its outcome

Source, minutes to first contact, survey booked, quoted, won or lost with a reason, all in one place.

Result: You can see exactly where jobs are being lost.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these moving companies.

  • Local household movers billing by the hour
  • Long-distance carriers running their own authority
  • Van line agents
  • Office and commercial relocation specialists
  • Senior move and downsizing specialists
  • Labour-only loading and unloading crews
  • Packing, crating and specialty item movers
  • Storage and containerised storage operators
  • Junk removal and clear-out services
  • New companies running one or two trucks

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for moving companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace last summer's leads by source. How many minutes before each was answered, what each booked job cost to win, and what happened in December.

  2. 2

    Fix the first call

A routing rule and a written first reply for shared leads, a call script that asks about stairs and parking, and a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Fix the estimate

A survey booking step before any number is given, an estimate format that explains binding and non-binding, and a follow-up on every quote sent.

  4. 4

    Buy the right leads

Local Services Ads, search, and the review profile built up, with marketplace spend judged on cost per booked job rather than on lead count.

  5. 5

    Fill the winter

Commercial, senior and storage work pushed in the off months, and the apartment, Realtor and relocation relationships kept warm all year.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How fast do we really need to answer a form?
Minutes, not hours. The same enquiry went to several movers, and the customer books the first honest conversation they have. If nobody can call in the evening, send a written first message and book the survey from it.
Customers always want a price on the phone. What do we say?
Give an hourly rate and a crew size, then say the total depends on the inventory and offer the survey. Refusing to say anything loses the call. Guessing a total loses the job on moving day instead.
Should we keep buying shared leads?
Only if somebody can be first to the phone. The marketplace sells that form to several movers, and speed is the only edge available on it. We measure cost per booked job by source and let the number decide, which often moves budget into Local Services Ads and reviews instead.
Can you run our Local Services Ads?
Yes, including the budget by season, the service areas and disputing the leads that were never movers. The background check and licence verification behind the Google Guaranteed badge stay between Google and your company, since that is your paperwork and your authority.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
