Elderly care NGOs · Digital marketing

Plan your online presence around a family's decision and a donor's trust.

Digital marketing for an elderly care NGO joins search, the website, the map listing, WhatsApp and social posts into one plan for families, donors and volunteers. GullySales works on the order of the work, what each part is for and what the trustees can check.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For elderly care NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Doing everything at once serves nobody”

A home with a thin site, an unclaimed map listing and a posting schedule has three half-built things. Starting with the facts a family needs and the number that answers gives the later work something to stand on.

  • “The audience is three groups that never meet”

Families search, donors scroll and volunteers ask a friend. Each route needs its own simple path, and a single message tries to speak to all three and reaches none.

  • “Advertising needs the page to be ready”

A paid ad for the home sends a visitor to the site. If the site does not state who is admitted and how to visit, the spend buys a bounce. The page comes first and the ad second.

  • “Trustees want to know what worked”

A report of likes tells them little. A list of enquiries marked by source, gifts traced to a page and volunteers who came back tells them what to keep doing.

What we do

What we deliver for elderly care NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A simple plan in order

A sequence for the site, map listing, number, posts and any advertising, with the reason for each step.

Result: A written plan the trustees have read and approved.

  2. Channel roles

What each channel is for: search for families, social for donors, WhatsApp for follow-up.

Result: A one-page map of channels and the person who looks after each.

  3. Enquiry and gift tracking

A way to mark where each enquiry and gift came from, using the tools the home already has.

Result: A list that shows the source beside each enquiry and gift.

  4. Budget conversation

A discussion of what the trust can spend and what is better done by the staff or volunteers.

Result: A note of the choices made and the reasons.

  5. Review with the trustees

A discussion of what the numbers and enquiries show and what to change.

Result: Minutes of what was agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should a small home spend on ads?
Later, if at all. First the site, the map listing and the call routine should be in order. We say plainly if advertising does not suit your situation.
What do we measure?
Enquiries by source, calls answered, visits arranged, repeat gifts and volunteers returning. We avoid counting likes and views as results.
Can volunteers run the digital side?
The posting and replies, yes. We write simple guides so a volunteer can post and answer messages, and the manager keeps control of access and consent.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
