Automotive service franchises · Digital marketing

Run one plan that sells units to candidates and fills bays for the partners.

Digital marketing for an automotive service franchise is the joined-up use of search, maps, social media, messaging and email to find candidates and customers. GullySales works on a plan in which the brand's spend and each outlet's spend support each other.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For automotive service franchises

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two budgets, one brand”

The brand spends to recruit partners and each outlet needs customers nearby. Without a plan, the franchisee runs an offer that contradicts the brand message, and the candidate sees a mixed picture of what the brand stands for.

  • “Channels fit different jobs”

Search finds candidates who already want a franchise. Maps finds drivers in trouble. Social media shows the work. WhatsApp closes the booking. Mixing up the jobs, say using display ads for emergencies, burns money.

  • “A new outlet carries the brand's reputation”

The first customers of a new unit judge the whole brand. A launch plan with listing, local ads and a first-service offer protects both the franchisee and the name on the signboard.

  • “Measurement stops at the click”

Reports that count clicks and impressions do not say whether a unit was signed or a vehicle booked. The measure has to run from the ad to the signed agreement or the completed job.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive service franchises.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

A one-page plan stating which channel serves the candidate, which serves the customer, and what each is for.

Result: Spend is assigned to a purpose before it is made.

  2. An outlet launch kit

A checklist and ready assets for a new outlet: listing, local ads, announcement and approved first offer.

Result: A new franchisee has a written plan for opening.

  3. Brand rules for local offers

A short policy on which offers outlets can run alone and the shared price band.

Result: Outlets stop undercutting each other.

  4. Tracking from enquiry to job

Source tags, call tracking and booking records linked so that each rupee can be followed to a result.

Result: The brand knows which sources produced units and bookings.

  5. A review of what to stop

A plain list of channels and campaigns that did not produce, with a recommendation to cut or change.

Result: Budget moves away from what does not work.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a young franchise start?
With the candidate route and the outlet listings. They cost little and show results in your own records. Add paid channels once you know which messages bring serious candidates.
Who pays for local advertising, the brand or the franchisee?
That belongs in your franchise agreement. We plan the activity either way, and keep the brand's approval step so local spending carries the right message.
Do you handle print and hoardings too?
We can plan them where they support the digital work, such as a QR code on a hoarding that leads to a booking page. The focus of our work stays on tracked digital channels.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
