Diagnostic franchise networks · Digital marketing

Run one plan that serves centre owners, patients and doctors without muddling them.

Digital marketing for a diagnostic network joins search, ads, social, email and WhatsApp into one plan with separate aims for candidates, patients and doctors. The work is deciding which channel serves which reader. GullySales builds that plan and the tracking behind it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For diagnostic franchise networks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Three audiences need three plans”

Candidate ads, patient search and doctor updates differ in tone, channel and measure. Putting them in one budget with one landing page muddles everything. Separate them and review each by its own result.

  • “Paid search suits home collection and packages”

A patient searching for home collection or a package is ready to book. Ads that go to a page with the tests, area and booking route do better than ads that go to a home page. Ad rules for health services differ, so check the platform's current rules.

  • “Seasons shape demand”

Health check packages tie to the start of the financial year, festivals and awareness days. Plan content and offers around them in advance, with the same price at every centre.

  • “Tracking is what makes review possible”

Without call tracking, form sources and booking tags, a network cannot tell whether an ad or a clinic visit brought the patient. A simple tagging habit gives the network a view of what each channel does.

What we do

What we deliver for diagnostic franchise networks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by audience

A plan stating which channels serve candidates, patients and doctors and why.

Result: A one-page plan with an aim for each channel.

  2. Landing pages for each campaign

Pages for centre-owner enquiry, home collection and packages that match their ads.

Result: Every ad points to a page built for it.

  3. Tracking set-up

Phone, form and booking tags that record the source of each enquiry.

Result: A source on every enquiry.

  4. A campaign calendar

A calendar of package pushes and awareness days with the offer and price fixed across centres.

Result: One calendar all centres follow.

  5. A review sheet

A sheet comparing channels by enquiries, bookings and cost.

Result: The owner can read what each channel brought.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What budget should a new centre start with?
We do not set a figure without seeing your area and competition. Begin with the Google listing and home collection search, and add spend once bookings flow. We help judge from early results.
Should the network or the centre pay for ads?
Decide a clear split in advance: head office pays for brand and candidate campaigns, centres pay for local ones, or share. What matters is that the rule is written.
Can ads mention discounts?
They can state your own price, but offers must be the same at every centre, and rules on health advertising differ by state. Check with your adviser and the platform's current rules.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
