Event décor companies · Digital marketing

Put your sets where families, planners and companies look before they call.

Digital marketing for an event décor company is the joined-up use of search, maps, social media, WhatsApp and a website to bring in enquiries for the dates you want to fill. GullySales works on which channels earn the effort for your kind of décor work and how they connect.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For event décor companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel does a different job”

Search catches the family with a look in mind, Instagram builds trust in the work, Maps confirms you exist and WhatsApp closes the conversation. Spending on one and neglecting the others leaves a gap the buyer falls into.

  • “The dates you need decide the spend”

Paid search for wedding décor makes sense before the auspicious months, while corporate and society work needs another plan. Spending follows the dates you want to fill, not the calendar of a platform. Keep a note of each source.

  • “A one-night product needs proof, not promises”

A family cannot test a stage before booking. Photographs from real halls, reviews that name events and a visit to the venue stand in for a trial, and digital work should put these first. Keep a note of each source.

  • “Not every booking can be traced”

A family may see Instagram, then Google, then hear from the planner. Record the source the family names and the first touch, and accept that the picture is partial rather than forcing a false answer.

What we do

What we deliver for event décor companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan for which channels carry what

A one-page plan that sets out the job of search, maps, social media, WhatsApp and the website for your kind of work.

Result: Each channel has a stated purpose and an owner.

  2. A seasonal paid search plan

Search adverts and a landing page for wedding décor, switched on for the dates you need to fill and tied to a quote form.

Result: Paid clicks land on a page that asks for date and venue.

  3. A shared record of enquiry sources

One sheet where every enquiry carries the source the family names and the first touch you can see.

Result: You can compare channels by enquiries and by events booked.

  4. The same message across channels

The portfolio line, the quote format and the first reply made consistent on the website, Instagram, Maps and WhatsApp.

Result: A family meets the same offer wherever it finds you.

  5. A review of spend against booked events

A check of what was spent on each channel against the events it helped book, with the gaps noted.

Result: The decision to keep or stop a channel rests on events, not clicks.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which channel should we start with?
The one closest to a booking that you are currently missing. If families ask for quotes and vanish, start with the reply and follow-up. If no one finds you, start with the profile and the pages.
Do we need paid advertising?
Not always. Paid search helps when you have open dates and a page ready to receive the clicks. Without the page and the reply in place, the spend is wasted. We check those first and say so.
Can digital marketing replace planner referrals?
No, and it should not. Planners and venues remain a strong source. Digital work supports them by giving a planner a page to forward and a profile that confirms what the planner told the family.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
