Livestock technology companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for what a farmer already does there: ask, send a photo and get a voice reply.

WhatsApp marketing for a livestock technology company means using the app farmers and cooperative staff already open daily for enquiries, onboarding help and pilot updates. GullySales plans the number, the messages and the rules for consent, using WhatsApp Business.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For livestock technology companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Farmers already ask on WhatsApp”

A dairy owner sends a photo of a sensor with a question, expecting a voice note back. A business number that answers in the farmer's language, from a person who knows the product, earns more trust than a form on a website.

  • “Onboarding fits the chat”

A short video of how to fit the collar, a printed card with the helpline number and a voice reply for the first problem can carry a farm through its early use without a visit. Each message should be one step, not a manual.

  • “Broadcasting without consent damages trust”

Adding farmers to a list because they once took a leaflet is unwelcome. A farmer should agree to receive messages and be able to stop them, and check the platform's current rules on business messages.

  • “A shared number needs an owner”

If three staff answer from one phone with no record, a farmer's question is answered twice or not at all. The number needs a named owner, a log of conversations and a hand-off for questions only the vet or founder can answer.

What we do

What we deliver for livestock technology companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business setup

A business profile, catalogue of products, greeting and away messages in the languages you serve.

Result: A business number that greets a farmer in their language.

  2. An onboarding message set

Short videos, voice notes and steps for installation and first use, in the right order.

Result: A farm worker can follow setup from the chat alone.

  3. A consent and opt-out routine

A plain way to ask for permission to message a farmer, and to stop when asked.

Result: A record of who agreed to receive messages.

  4. Reply templates and a hand-off rule

Saved answers for price, battery and visits, and a rule for passing a question to the right person.

Result: Common questions have a ready, accurate answer.

  5. A conversation log

Enquiries and support chats copied to the CRM with the farm's name and stage.

Result: A farmer's chat history is visible to the whole team.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message farmers in bulk?
Only those who have agreed, and within the platform's current rules. We set up consent first and keep messages short and useful, not promotional bursts.
Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not at the start. The WhatsApp Business app suits a small team. The API is worth considering when several staff answer and you need automation and a record.
Can WhatsApp replace a support visit?
For some problems, a short video or a voice note settles it. For a failed device or a signal problem in the shed, a visit is still needed. We write the rule for when to send a person.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
