LPG and cooking gas distributors · Digital marketing

Join listing, commercial page and WhatsApp into one route to your counter.

Digital marketing for an LPG distributor is the combined work of a map listing, a commercial supply page, WhatsApp and reputation, all within company rules. GullySales works on building them in the order that brings commercial accounts.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For LPG and cooking gas distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Reach is local, so the plan is local”

An agency serves an allotted area. Spending to reach people outside it wastes money and may breach the agreement. Set the area on every profile and ad to match your allotment.

  • “The map listing carries the heaviest weight”

Customers ring the nearest agency. A correct, answered listing outperforms any advertising for an agency. Ask for the review the day after a smooth delivery.

  • “Commercial buyers need a page of their own”

A single page for kitchens, hostels and bulk buyers, separate from household booking, speaks to the right reader. Link the page to the number that is answered.

  • “Reputation is part of marketing”

Delivery, complaints and reviews are the product. Marketing that ignores them promotes a service customers do not recognise. Read the complaints before you read the clicks.

What we do

What we deliver for LPG and cooking gas distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A priority list of channels

Listing, commercial page, WhatsApp and reviews first, everything else later.

Result: Effort goes where customers look.

  2. A commercial page and enquiry route

Pages and numbers aimed at kitchens and institutions.

Result: Commercial buyers have a place to land.

  3. A review and complaint process

A process for replies and fixes tied to the listing.

Result: The public record reflects how you serve.

  4. A rules checklist

What your agreement allows in messaging, offers and area, confirmed with your sales officer.

Result: Nothing goes out that breaches the agreement.

  5. A source record for enquiries

Every commercial enquiry marked with where it came from.

Result: Decisions rest on your own data.

  6. A one-page plan

What is built first, who owns it and how success is counted.

Result: The team shares one plan.

  7. A review of competitors' public presence

What nearby agencies show and what they leave out.

Result: You see where a gap exists.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid ads?
Rarely at the start. A correct listing and a commercial page do more. Test paid reach later within company rules. Report enquiries against that starting record.
Can digital marketing replace the counter?
No. It brings enquiries to the counter and the phone. Service decides whether they stay. Check each message against your agreement before it goes live.
How do we measure results?
Count commercial accounts, repeat orders and complaints against the starting record. We agree the method with you in writing. A short note on what you will not do online is as useful as a plan.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
