LPG and cooking gas distributors · WhatsApp marketing

Use one WhatsApp number for commercial orders, delivery news and complaints.

WhatsApp marketing for an LPG distributor is the use of the business app for booking questions, delivery updates and commercial account contact. GullySales works on the profile, the replies and the lists, with customer consent and company rules in mind.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For LPG and cooking gas distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Cooks and wardens already live on WhatsApp”

A kitchen manager sends an order by message faster than by call. A business number with saved replies meets that habit. A short reply beats a long form.

  • “One number for everything creates a mess”

Household booking, commercial orders and complaints in one chat are hard to sort. Labels and separate replies keep each in its place. Keep a separate number for emergencies if you can staff it.

  • “Delivery updates cut avoidable calls”

A message that the vehicle is on the way saves a dozen calls. It also gives the customer a record if the delivery fails. Send the update when the vehicle leaves, not when it is late.

  • “Official booking systems still apply”

Connections and bookings follow the oil company's process. WhatsApp is for service communication, not a replacement. Use the official channel for anything that creates or changes a connection.

What we do

What we deliver for LPG and cooking gas distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile that explains the agency

Name, area, hours, catalogue of commercial services and the contact for emergencies.

Result: New customers see what you offer.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers on booking, delivery time, commercial supply and complaints.

    Result: Staff answer consistently.

  3. Labels for each chat type

Tags such as household, commercial, complaint and bulk.

Result: Nothing is lost in the scroll.

  4. A consent-based update list

Commercial customers who agreed to receive delivery or closure updates.

Result: Messages go only to those who asked.

  5. An away message

A set reply for when the counter is closed, pointing to the emergency details.

    Result: Nobody is left unanswered.

  6. A catalogue of services

Commercial supply, small cylinders and bulk, each with a short description.

Result: A buyer sees the service range.

  7. A rule for sensitive messages

Complaints and safety questions are moved to a call.

Result: Serious matters get a person.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers on WhatsApp?
Only if your agreement allows it and the customer has agreed to receive them. Check with your sales officer and the platform's current rules. Take consent at the first order and note it.
Should customers book gas through WhatsApp?
Use the oil company's official booking route for connections. WhatsApp can handle commercial order messages and status questions. Do not use the chat for anything that needs a document or a signature.
Who answers the number?
Named staff during stated hours. An unanswered business number does more harm than none. Keep messages factual and short.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
