Join your website, LinkedIn and outreach into one plan that brings retainers.

Digital marketing for a PR agency combines a clear website, search, LinkedIn and direct outreach into one plan. GullySales picks the channels that reach founders and communications heads and records which of them produced a signed client.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For public relations agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Agencies spread thin across platforms”

A blog, three social accounts and a newsletter, each fed when someone has time. None of them gets enough care to bring a buyer. Choose two channels that reach founders and communications heads, give each an owner and set the rest aside.

  • “The buyer decides in steps”

A founder reads a case note, looks at LinkedIn, asks an investor and then calls. Each channel must support the next. Let the website explain, LinkedIn show your thinking and outreach follow up, so each step carries the buyer to the next.

  • “Paid advertising suits narrow needs”

A startup about to announce funding or a developer about to launch is a defined buyer. Broad PR advertising reaches people with no brief. Aim any advertising at one defined situation with a page of its own, and keep broad PR advertising off.

  • “Measurement stops at impressions”

Views do not pay a retainer. Track enquiries, proposals and signed clients by channel. Pair each count of enquiries with the sector and the stage reached, so the numbers describe real work and not attention.

What we do

What we deliver for public relations agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan for your buyers

Which channels reach founders, which reach communications heads, who runs each and what a signed client from each is worth.

Result: You know where effort goes and why.

  2. Website and search base

Sector, service and case pages in place before any paid effort.

Result: Visitors land on pages that explain your work.

  3. LinkedIn and outreach routine

Posts and direct approaches to buyers near a launch, planned around your sectors.

Result: You reach buyers rather than other agencies.

  4. One narrow paid test

A single advertisement for a defined need with a matching page and clear enquiry route.

Result: Ad spend ties to one sector.

  5. Enquiry sheet across channels

Each enquiry entered with source, sector and stage reached.

Result: You can count signed clients by channel.

  6. Landing page per campaign

One page for each outreach or advertising effort, repeating its message and offering a meeting for that need alone.

Result: Every click arrives on a page that matches the message.

  7. Channel review

A plain note on which channels produced meetings, proposals and signed clients, and which produced none.

Result: The next plan starts from evidence, not habit.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should we do first?
Fix the website and case pages, then choose one outreach channel. Adding more before that spreads a small team thin. It also keeps a small team from spreading thin.
Do we need paid advertising?
Not always. If search and outreach bring enough conversations, advertising can wait. We suggest a test only for a narrow need and judge it on enquiries.
How do you report?
In plain words: which channels produced conversations, proposals and signed clients. We do not report impressions as results. We show sources for every meeting booked, so you can judge the plan yourself.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
