Plumbing and sanitaryware distributors · Website

A retailer checking you out wants the brands, the towns you deliver to and a number that is answered.

A website for a plumbing and sanitaryware distributor is a credentials and catalogue page that a retailer, builder or consultant can check before placing a first order. GullySales builds it around the brands you hold, the areas you supply and a quote request that reaches a named person.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For plumbing and sanitaryware distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A first order starts with a check”

A shopkeeper who is about to open an account looks for the address, the brands, the GST details and some sign that the firm has been trading. A site with none of those loses him to a distributor who has them.

  • “The brand's website does not speak for you”

The manufacturer's pages show the range but not that you are appointed, what is in your stock or where you deliver. Your own pages have to say it.

  • “A catalogue PDF cannot be searched on a phone”

Retailers and plumbers read on a phone with a patchy signal. A forty-page brochure that downloads slowly is closed before the size table is found.

  • “The enquiry form goes to a mailbox nobody reads”

A quote request that lands in a general inbox sits there till the next day. By then the buyer has a rate from someone else.

What we do

What we deliver for plumbing and sanitaryware distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Brand and range pages

A page for each brand you are appointed for, with the ranges in stock and the territory stated, and no page for a brand you do not hold.

Result: A retailer can check the appointment without asking.

  2. A delivery area and dispatch page

The towns and talukas you serve, the vehicle, the order cut-off for next-day dispatch and the person to ring.

Result: A sub-dealer knows whether you reach him before he rings.

  3. A trade account page

What you ask of a new retailer, such as GST registration and address proof, how credit is agreed in writing and who to contact.

Result: A shop owner knows what opening an account needs.

  4. A quote request that takes a quantity list

A form that accepts a typed list, a file or a photograph, sent to a named person and the shared WhatsApp number.

Result: A builder's list reaches someone who can price it.

  5. A project supply page

Floor-wise dispatch, approved makes, GST invoicing and the contact for site deliveries, written for the builder's purchase manager.

Result: A builder sees that you handle projects.

  6. Enquiries recorded in one place

Every form submission, call button and WhatsApp tap counted, with the source page, set against the baseline.

Result: You see which pages bring orders.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a retailer, builder or consultant looks for on a distributor's site, and how to show it.

Brands, with the appointment stated
Show the logo of each brand you are appointed for, the ranges you stock and your territory, only where the appointment is real. Retailers check this before opening an account.
Products by use and size
Group by use, such as hot and cold water, drainage, bathroom fittings and storage, with size tables a plumber can read on a phone. One page per family is clearer than one page per item.
Where you deliver and how
List the towns, the vehicle and the order cut-off for next-day dispatch. A retailer choosing between two distributors compares delivery before rate.
How to open a trade account
State what you ask for: GST registration, shop address proof, a reference. A shopkeeper who knows the documents before ringing is a shorter call.
Project supply for builders
Say you take a quantity list, supply floor-wise, quote against approved makes and issue GST invoices that match the purchase order. Add a form that accepts the list as a file.
A number a person answers, on a slow phone
Put call and WhatsApp buttons at the top, with hours. On a weak mobile network they should work before the images load.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for plumbing and sanitaryware distributors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how orders and enquiries arrive, who answers them, what the sales register shows about each retailer, and what happens to a builder's quotation after it is sent.

  2. 2

    Register the trade

The retailers, plumbers and projects go into one record, cleaned of duplicate spellings and tagged by route and salesman.

  3. 3

    Answer and quote

A reply rota for the order desk, a quotation format that says what is included, and a callback date on every quote.

  4. 4

    Show up where buyers look

The Maps listing, the brand locators, JustDial and IndiaMART set right, and a website that shows the brands and the towns you serve.

  5. 5

    Keep the route

Calls to lapsed retailers, thanks to the plumbers who send work, and a review sheet the owner uses on each route.

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is an IndiaMART listing enough, or do we need our own site?
A listing brings enquiries but belongs to the platform and shows you beside your competitors. A site is where a buyer checks the brands, the area and the address once he has your name. Keep the listing and build the site behind it.
Should the site be in Kannada or another local language?
If your retailers read the local language more easily than English, yes, at least for the product families, the delivery area and how to open an account. Keep trade terms and size tables as the trade says them. A clean English page beats a poor translation.
Should retailers be able to order on the website?
Not at the start. Rates change with brand revisions and stock changes through the day, and an online order that cannot be honoured loses a retailer. A quote request to a named person is the safe beginning, and an order portal can follow once rates and stock are managed in one place.
Who should own the domain and the hosting account?
You should, registered in the firm's name and held with a mailbox the firm controls. If a designer or a salesman holds it, the site can be taken away when the relationship ends. Ask for the registrar and hosting login in writing.
The brand brings the demand and fixes the rates. What is there for a distributor to market?
Your name. The brand decides what is sold, but a retailer chooses between distributors on stock, reply, delivery and how claims are handled. Those are yours to improve and to show, and they are what the retailer remembers when two of you hold the same range.
Does a distributor need a website?
Yes, a plain one. A retailer or builder checks the brands, the towns you deliver to and a working number before opening an account. It does not need an online shop, and a quote request that reaches a named person does more.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
