Arbitration and mediation firms · Local SEO

Make the venue easy to find for parties who travel to the sitting.

Local SEO for an arbitration or mediation firm covers the map listing, the venue details and the city pages that tell parties where a sitting takes place. GullySales works on the profile, the directions and the consistency of your address across directories.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For arbitration and mediation firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A venue is chosen for both sides”

Parties and their lawyers look for a place neutral to both and easy to reach. If the map listing shows no parking, no waiting room and no hearing room details, the lawyer picks a hotel conference room instead. The listing should describe the facilities.

  • “Search results show the wrong building”

An old address, a former floor or a merged office confuses a party arriving for a first sitting. Directories copy each other's mistakes. One corrected, matching entry across the main listings stops a party from walking into the wrong office.

  • “City pages serve visiting counsel”

A company counsel from another city asks where you sit and whether virtual attendance works. A page for each city or venue where you hold sittings, with hours and access, answers before a call is made.

  • “A listing in the wrong group sends the wrong visitors”

A profile filed as a general law office draws people wanting litigation advice. The listing should say that you resolve disputes outside court, so visitors who call already know what you do.

What we do

What we deliver for arbitration and mediation firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Map listing setup and review

The profile checked for name, group, address, hours and a description in plain words about the dispute work you do.

Result: The listing describes arbitration and mediation, not general legal advice.

  2. Venue facilities page

Hearing rooms, breakout rooms, parking, access and how to reach the building, with photographs you supply.

Result: A lawyer can plan a sitting day from the page alone.

  3. Address consistency check

Your name and address compared across directories, bar bodies and chambers listings, and corrected where they differ.

Result: Every listing carries one spelling of the name and address.

  4. City and venue pages

One page for each place you sit, with a map, the route and what the venue offers.

Result: Counsel travelling to a sitting find the route on your own page.

  5. Review handling note

A short note on how the profile deals with reviews, written inside the professional rules.

Result: Staff know what may be replied to and what may not.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can parties review us on a map listing?
A listing may accept reviews whether you invite them or not. Confidential proceedings and professional rules limit what you may ask for or answer. Advertising rules differ by profession and by state, so check what you may publish with your own council or adviser.
We sit at different venues. Do we need a listing for each?
One listing for each place that is a real office with staff. A hired hall used for a single sitting belongs on a venue page, not as a separate listing.
Does local SEO matter when the work is online?
It matters for parties who still attend in person and for counsel checking where you are based. Online sittings are explained on the same page so both readers are served.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
