Put the website, the profiles and the referrers to work as one system for the firm.

Digital marketing for a corporate law firm joins the website, partner profiles, listings and outreach to referrers into one plan. GullySales begins with the firm's own records, and each step is cleared with the partners against professional rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For corporate lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The channels are checked in a sequence”

A founder hears a name from a CA, looks at the partner's LinkedIn, then the firm's website, then a map listing. If any step contradicts the others, the trust built by the recommendation weakens.

  • “Paid advertising is the hardest channel for a law firm”

Advertising rules differ by profession and by state, and paid promotion draws the sharpest scrutiny. Some firms get further with informative pages and referrer relationships, and the partners decide.

  • “Not everything is measurable”

A lunch with a banker may produce the best mandate of the year and leave no trace online. The firm's own log should record the source of each matter, not only the clicks.

  • “A plan needs partner time”

Digital work depends on partners reviewing pages and approving posts. A plan that assumes unlimited partner hours fails; one sized to their calendar can be kept.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel audit

A review of the website, profiles, listings and outreach to see where they agree and where they contradict each other.

Result: A list of mismatches with a named fix for each.

  2. Digital plan sized to partner time

A plan that lists each channel, the owner and the review time it needs.

Result: Every task has a partner or associate assigned.

  3. Consistent firm description

One approved description of the practice, used on the site, profiles, listings and credentials.

Result: The same words describe the firm everywhere.

  4. Source tracking in the enquiry log

A field recording how each matter reached the firm, filled in on first contact.

Result: Matters are counted by source, not guessed.

  5. Regulatory sign-off checklist

A checklist the partners complete before each new channel or format goes live.

Result: No channel launches without a recorded partner decision.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

Should a corporate law firm run online ads?
That depends on advertising rules for your profession and state, which differ, so confirm with your bar council or adviser first. Some firms begin with informative content and accurate profiles.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
Look at the firm's own enquiry log: which matters came from the site, a profile or a referrer, and which became engagements. No outside number replaces the log.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
