Independent house developers · WhatsApp marketing

Run your house enquiries on the app where Indian families already talk.

WhatsApp marketing for an independent house developer means using WhatsApp to answer enquiries, send house details and keep in touch with families through a long decision. In India the buyer, the agent and the family elder are all on it. GullySales sets up the business profile, the saved replies and the broadcast lists.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For independent house developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The agent forwards your message”

A local agent sends your house details to clients by forwarding them. If the message is a jumble of photographs and text, it will be copied badly. A single clean message with photographs, price range and location travels correctly.

  • “Families share the chat among themselves”

The buyer shows the chat to a spouse, a parent or a brother. The messages are read by people who have not met you. Write each one so a stranger in the family can follow it.

  • “Documents travel by WhatsApp too”

Buyers ask for the title papers and the plan on WhatsApp. A folder in a fixed order sent in one go avoids a trail of loose files. Send only what the buyer has asked for and confirm it arrived.

  • “Lists need permission”

Messages to people who did not agree to receive them annoy the buyer and break the platform's current rules. Add a family to a broadcast list only after it asks. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

What we do

What we deliver for independent house developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

A profile with the builder's name, address, a short description and a catalogue of current houses.

Result: A profile that looks like a real builder when a buyer opens it.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Replies for price range, location, floors, parking and visit timings, written in plain words.

Result: Answers that go out in your own words in a tap.

  3. A house message that agents can forward

One message per house with photographs, a short description and a visit arrangement.

Result: A message that reads well wherever it is forwarded.

  4. A document pack in a fixed order

Title and approval papers named and ordered, ready to send when a buyer's advocate asks.

Result: A folder the buyer's lawyer finds easy to read.

  5. An opt-in list for new houses

A list of families who asked to hear about new houses, with a simple way to leave.

Result: A list you can write to when the next house is ready.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I send bulk messages to old enquirers?
Only to those who agreed to hear from you, and within the platform's current rules. Write to them one by one for the first message, and add them to a list only after they say yes.
Should the whole sales team use one number?
Use a business number with named people answering it. A personal number loses all the history when the person leaves. Keep the chats in a record you can read later.
Is WhatsApp enough without a website?
It works for conversation, but a buyer, an advocate or a bank also wants a place to check your name and finished houses. Keep both and link them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
