Property documentation services · Content marketing

Write the guide the buyer reads at the agreement stage, before the papers go wrong.

Content marketing for a documentation office is the work of writing guides, checklists and plain explanations that reach a buyer or an heir while the papers can still be put right. GullySales works on the topics, the drafting and the review by your own team.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For property documentation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A guide read early prevents the late call”

The buyer who reads a note on khata transfer when signing the sale agreement can ask the seller the right question. The one who reads it a week before registration can do nothing. Early reading is the whole value of a guide.

  • “Plain words beat legal phrasing”

An heir with a death certificate and a will does not want a paragraph in drafting language. They want to know which paper to collect first. A guide that lists the order of steps, in the local term, gets read to the end.

  • “You teach the process and not the law”

Your office prepares and processes papers. Opinions on title belong to an advocate. A guide must say clearly where your work stops, or the reader expects advice you cannot give and the office takes the blame.

  • “Every guide ages”

Fees, forms and portals change by state. A guide written once and left becomes a risk. Each one needs a named owner in your office and a date for review so that old steps do not stay online.

What we do

What we deliver for property documentation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list drawn from your own call log

A list of guides built from the questions your office is asked, ordered by how often buyers raise each paper.

Result: Each guide answers a real question from a real caller.

  2. Guides on each paper and each case

One guide per paper, plus guides for inheritance, gift, NRI purchase and new apartment registration.

Result: A buyer in each case finds a guide that fits.

  3. A where-we-stop paragraph on every guide

A short, plain passage saying what the office handles and when to see an advocate for title or legal opinion.

Result: Readers know the limit of your service before they call.

  4. A review owner and a revisit date

Each guide is assigned to a person in your office who rereads it when procedures change.

Result: Out-of-date steps are caught by a named person.

  5. A downloadable checklist behind each guide

A one-page checklist at the end of every guide, offered on the page and by WhatsApp.

Result: The reader leaves with something to carry to the office.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many guides do we need?
Enough to cover each paper and each case you handle, written one by one as your team reviews them. Quantity is no goal. A short set that is correct beats a long set that is stale.
Can we copy text from government websites?
No. Write in your own words and link to the official page for current rules. Copying brings no value to the reader and may infringe the source. Check the site's own terms.
Who checks the facts?
Your own office does. We draft in plain language and your team confirms every step against what is done in your state. Advocates advise on title and legal questions, and the guides say so.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
