Property documentation services · Search engine optimisation

Write the page that answers e-khata transfer in your city before the buyer asks a broker.

SEO for a documentation office is the work of having a page for each paper a buyer types into a search box, in the term used in your state. GullySales works on those pages, the wording each state uses and the checks that your team confirms before anything goes live.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For property documentation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The same paper has a different name in every state”

Khata and RTC in Karnataka, patta and chitta in Tamil Nadu, the 7/12 extract in Maharashtra. A page that uses the wrong state's word matches nobody. The buyer searches in the local term and leaves a page that sounds like it was written elsewhere.

  • “A buyer reads for documents to bring first”

The search is a worry: what do I need, who signs, where do I go. A page that opens with a company history loses the reader. The list of documents and the sequence of steps answer the worry and keep the reader.

  • “Procedures change and old pages mislead”

A page that states a rule as settled fact becomes wrong when the procedure changes. A buyer who acts on it blames your office. Pages should explain in general terms and send the reader to the official source for current steps.

  • “Your area is part of the search”

Buyers add the locality, the sub-registrar's office or the city. A single page for the whole state ranks for none of them. A page for each place where you actually work gives the search something to match.

What we do

What we deliver for property documentation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A keyword map by paper and place

A sheet that lists each paper, the term used in each state you serve and the locality, so no page competes with another of yours.

Result: Every page has one job and one search phrase.

  2. Pages written in the state's own term

Plain-language pages for sale deed registration, mutation, khata transfer and encumbrance certificate, with documents to bring and the next step.

Result: A buyer finds their own paper's name on the page.

  3. A check by your own team before publishing

Each page is read by someone in your office who does the work, who corrects any step that is wrong for your state.

Result: Nothing goes live that your office has not read.

  4. Titles and descriptions that carry the paper and the place

Page titles written for the searcher, with the paper, the city and your office name in the order a buyer reads them.

Result: The search result tells the buyer what the page covers.

  5. Internal links from guide to service

Each guide links to the service page and to a call or WhatsApp button, so the reader who finishes the guide has a next step.

Result: Every guide ends in a way to reach you.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish fees on these pages?
Government fees differ by state and change, so point to the official source rather than print figures. Your own service fee is yours to state, and keeping the two apart avoids later arguments.
Do we need a page in Hindi or Kannada?
If your buyers search or speak in the local language, a page in that language gets its own match. Start with the language your front desk uses on calls, and have it read by a person who works in it.
Why does a broker's blog rank above our office?
The broker has written about the paper and you have not. Search gives the page that answers the question, not the firm that does the work, so the answer has to exist on your site.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
