Property documentation services · Website

A site that lists each paper, the documents to bring and one number to call.

A website for a documentation office is the place that explains each paper, says what the office handles and what an advocate must do, and gives the buyer one way to reach a person. GullySales works on the structure, the writing and the contact routes of that site.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For property documentation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer arrives with one paper in mind”

A visitor looking for mutation does not want to read about sale deeds first. The home page must send them to their paper in one tap, with the same word they typed into the search box.

  • “The site must say where the office stops”

Buyers assume a documentation office gives opinions on title. A clear section on what the office handles and what needs an advocate saves wrong calls and protects the office from blame.

  • “Fees and government charges must be kept apart”

A site that blends the office fee with stamp duty invites an argument at the end of the file. A plain explanation of what is government money and what is the office's own charge builds trust at the start.

  • “A phone number buried in the footer loses the urgent buyer”

The buyer with a date fixed wants to call or message at once. A call button and a WhatsApp link in view on every page on a phone is worth more than a long contact form.

What we do

What we deliver for property documentation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built on papers and cases

Pages for each paper and each case, linked from a simple home page, with the term used in your state.

Result: A visitor reaches their paper in one tap.

  2. A where-we-stop section

A short page and a line on each service page saying what the office does and what needs an advocate.

Result: Callers know what to expect before they ring.

  3. A fees explanation without figures

A plain page that separates government charges from the office fee and links to the official source for current amounts.

Result: Disputes over fees are less likely at the end.

  4. Call and WhatsApp buttons on every page

Buttons fixed in view on a phone, linked to the number the office answers.

Result: The urgent buyer reaches a person at once.

  5. A privacy and document handling note

A short statement on how client papers are stored and who sees them.

Result: The buyer knows their papers are handled with care.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we improve ours?
If your site has pages for each paper and loads on a phone, improve it. If it is one page with a photo of stamp paper, a rebuild is cleaner. We look at what you have and tell you.
Can we show client names or testimonials?
Take care. Client names and property details are private, and advertising rules in your field differ by state. Speak to your own adviser before posting any client story, and obtain written consent.
Which languages should the site be in?
Those your buyers speak on the phone. Start with English and the state's language, and add others only when someone in the office can read and correct them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
