Property documentation services · Local SEO

Be the office on the map when someone searches near the sub-registrar's office.

Local SEO for a documentation office is the work of appearing on the map for a buyer standing near the registration office or searching in a locality. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, the service areas and the way your office answers what it finds.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For property documentation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search near the building where the deed is signed”

A buyer in the car park of the sub-registrar's office searches for stamp paper or a deed writer nearby. The nearest open listing with a working phone wins. A profile showing the wrong hours loses that buyer to the next shop.

  • “Your category decides which search you match”

A listing marked as a lawyer or a notary draws buyers who expect legal opinions on title. A listing marked for documentation or registration services draws the buyer who needs the paperwork done. The wrong label brings the wrong calls.

  • “An office with several localities needs several profiles”

A firm that serves buyers around three sub-registrar offices cannot be present on the map for all three from one address. Where you have a real counter in a locality, that location needs its own profile. Where you have none, a service area is the honest answer.

  • “Reviews are read for one thing: did the file get handled”

A first-time buyer scans comments for whether the office kept them informed and collected the papers on time. A review that names the paper and the outcome of the visit helps the next buyer more than a star rating on its own.

What we do

What we deliver for property documentation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile set up for documentation work

Business name, category, description and services entered to say what you handle and what an advocate handles, in plain words.

Result: The listing says what the office does and does not.

  2. Hours and holiday dates kept true

Opening hours, registration-day timings and public holiday changes entered on the listing and updated when the office closes.

Result: A buyer sees the office as open on the day it is.

  3. A profile for each real counter

A separate listing for each locality where your staff sit, with its own address, phone and photographs of the counter.

Result: The nearest counter is the one that shows.

  4. A review request after the deed is registered

A short message with the review link sent on WhatsApp once the file is complete, asking the buyer to name the paper handled.

Result: New reviews describe the work and come from real files.

  5. Replies written to every review

A written reply to each review in the same plain voice, correcting any misunderstanding about fees or the role of the office.

Result: A reader sees complaints answered in public.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we list a home office?
If buyers do not visit, a service-area listing without a public address is the form the platform allows. Check the platform's current rules before choosing, and keep the address the same on your site.
Why do competitors outrank us on the map?
Distance, category, hours and reviews decide the three results. A competitor closer to the searcher with a fuller profile beats a better office further away. Fix what you control: the details and the reviews.
Do we write reviews for buyers who forget?
No. Reviews must come from the buyer in their own words. We set up the request and make the link easy to reach, and the buyer decides whether to write one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
