Property valuation services · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to collect papers, answer the first question and keep referrers informed.

WhatsApp for a valuer is where owners send photographs of papers and where advisers and bank staff ask for a status. GullySales sets up a business number, saved replies and a simple way to log what arrives.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For property valuation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Papers arrive as photographs”

Owners send sale deeds, plans and tax receipts as images, sometimes unclear and out of order. A saved message that lists what is needed and how to photograph it saves a second visit.

  • “A bank officer asks for status on a chat”

A branch manager with a pending file messages for an update. A reply that gives the stage and the date of the visit keeps the file with you. A silent chat sends the next file to another valuer.

  • “Clients message at odd hours”

An owner sends a document at night and expects an answer. An automatic reply stating your office hours and what happens next sets the expectation without a promise.

  • “A chat is not a record”

A file instruction given only on WhatsApp is easily lost. Log the instruction in your file register the same day, with the sender and the property.

What we do

What we deliver for property valuation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. WhatsApp Business setup

A business profile with your firm name, address, hours and a short description.

Result: Your number shows as a business, not a personal contact.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Replies for document lists, site visit arrangement and the purpose of a report, each approved by you.

Result: A set of replies the team can send in one tap.

  3. A document request message

A clear list of papers per property type, with a note on how to photograph them.

Result: The owner sends the right papers the first time.

  4. A status update note for lenders

A short message giving the file stage, sent to the branch contact.

Result: Branch staff get an update without calling.

  5. A chat-to-register habit

A rule for logging file instructions from chat into your register the same day.

Result: Nothing important lives only in a chat.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send bulk messages to our contact list?
Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging. We help set up consent and an opt-out.
Should clients send documents on WhatsApp?
It is convenient, but keep copies in your secure file system and tell the client how you store them. Some lenders have their own channels, so follow those.
Can the business number be shared by the team?
Yes, with a business app or a platform that allows several users. We set up access so the number does not depend on one phone.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
