Real estate investment advisors · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the message from abroad while the buyer is still awake.

WhatsApp marketing for an adviser means using the app where buyers and their families already talk, with consented updates, prompt first replies and records kept outside one person's phone. GullySales works on the setup, the message wording and the rules for who replies.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For real estate investment advisors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first reply sets the tone”

An NRI who sends a message late at night and gets a courteous holding note straight away feels looked after. A message left unanswered until the next afternoon gives the buyer time to try someone else.

  • “Families share and forward”

A buyer will forward your note to a spouse or a parent. A message written plainly, with no jargon and a clear next step, travels well. A pasted brochure with a price list does not.

  • “Consent matters”

Sending project broadcasts to every number in your phone annoys buyers and risks the number being reported. Ask if the person wants updates, record their answer and send only what they asked for. Check the platform's current rules.

  • “A personal number is a single point of failure”

When all conversations run from one phone, a lost handset or a departing colleague takes the history with them. The WhatsApp Business app, with labels and a shared process, is a safer base.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate investment advisors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. WhatsApp Business setup

Profile, greeting, away message and saved replies set up for an advisory practice.

Result: A buyer who messages out of hours receives a courteous reply.

  2. Reply templates for common questions

Short answers on documents, process and how you are paid, which you edit before use.

Result: Common questions are answered clearly and consistently.

  3. A consent and opt-out routine

Asking each buyer what updates they want, and recording it.

Result: You send updates only to people who agreed.

  4. Labels and conversation records

Chats are labelled by stage and the key points are copied to the family record.

Result: History is not stuck in one phone.

  5. A reply-ownership rule

A named person for each hour band, so no message waits unnoticed.

Result: Every message has someone responsible for it.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we use WhatsApp for project broadcasts?
Only to people who asked for them, and check the platform's current rules first. Keep broadcasts relevant to the corridors the person asked about, and make it easy to stop receiving them.
Should we use the API or the Business app?
Start with the Business app. If your volume grows and you need several people on one number, consider the API through an approved provider. We help you judge when that point has come.
May we discuss returns on WhatsApp?
Treat chats like any other advertising and advice. Rules differ by profession and state, and advice on securities is regulated. Check with your own adviser, and avoid quoting expected outcomes in any message.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
