Residential apartment developers · WhatsApp marketing

Send the floor plan, the location pin and the visit time where the family already talks.

WhatsApp marketing for an apartment developer means using the app families already use to share floor plans, site locations and visit reminders with buyers who have asked. GullySales works on the business account, the message set and the consent record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For residential apartment developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family shares your message with the family”

A floor plan sent on WhatsApp is forwarded to the parents, the brother and the friend who bought nearby. What it says and how it looks goes further than the original buyer.

  • “The location pin saves a lost visit”

A buyer who cannot find the site gate loses patience. A pin and a short line on the nearest landmark, sent the day before, is more useful than a long brochure.

  • “Broadcasts need the buyer's consent”

Sending offers to every number in the register is risky. A buyer who has asked to be contacted on WhatsApp is different from a number scraped from a list. Check the platform's current rules.

  • “Personal numbers lose the history”

Executives who chat from their own phones take the conversations with them when they leave. A shared business account keeps the thread with the project.

What we do

What we deliver for residential apartment developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

Profile, catalogue of unit types, quick replies and an away message for the sales office.

Result: A buyer who messages gets a clear first answer.

  2. Message set for the sales cycle

Welcome, floor plan, location pin, visit reminder, post-visit thanks and a note when a price or offer changes.

Result: Each stage has a ready message.

  3. Consent and opt-out record

A note of when and how the buyer agreed to hear on WhatsApp, and a simple way to stop.

Result: Messages go only to buyers who agreed.

  4. Link to the enquiry record

Chats tied to the buyer in your CRM, so that the executive sees what was sent.

Result: Any executive can pick up a conversation.

  5. Channel partner sharing kit

Approved images and text that partners may forward, carrying the registration details.

Result: Partners send what the project has approved.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we send bulk offers to all our enquiries?
Only to people who agreed, and within the platform's current rules. Advertising rules for real estate also differ by state, so check with your own RERA authority and legal adviser.
Should executives use their own numbers?
A shared business account is safer for the record. If executives must use phones, set a rule to log the chat into the CRM.
Is there a message cost?
Business messaging has platform charges that change. Check the provider's current price list. We will tell you which kinds of message are likely to need it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
