Modular and prefabricated building manufacturers · Digital marketing

Most of this trade's marketing is somebody reading every week.

Digital marketing for a prefab manufacturer is less about advertising than about knowing which projects start inside your transport radius. GullySales sets up the reading routine and the project log for your team, and runs the website and the adverts around what it finds.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of modular and prefabricated building manufacturers at work in India

Last updated 5 Oct 2026.

For modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The work is reading, and one person has to own it”

Award notices, tender results and expansion news, gone through by your team every week rather than whenever somebody remembers.

  • “An enquiry at mobilisation is already a race”

By the time the call comes, five suppliers have it. The point of the plan is to have arrived a month earlier.

  • “A rental fleet runs on a different clock”

A unit coming off hire has a date against it, and the marketing for it is a phone call to a nearby site.

What we do

What we deliver for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A project log inside your transport radius

A log for the new plants, infrastructure and solar packages your team reads about, filtered by road distance.

Result: Your team has a list of projects to call before the enquiry.

  2. A document set kept ready for tender submissions

For the cabin, toilet block, classroom and prefab structure tenders you decide to answer, your documents prepared and kept ready to attach.

Result: A bid you decide to make goes in with its documents complete.

  3. One contact list of contractors, consultants and plants

Project managers and purchase officers named against each live project, with a reason to call at every stage of it.

Result: You are a known name on award day.

  4. The website and adverts planned by unit type

Pages and campaigns for the units you want more of, rather than spend spread evenly across everything you can build.

Result: Marketing follows what the plant should be making.

  5. A redeployment list for units coming off hire

Which units come free and when, set against the sites starting nearby, so a cabin is offered before it returns.

Result: Idle units go back on hire.

  6. One report across all of it

Enquiries by unit type and buyer, quotations issued and converted, days taken to quote, and units dispatched, against the figures recorded before work starts.

Result: You can see which projects pay for the work.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start for a manufacturer

Start with the tender portals and the page a site engineer reads at mobilisation.

Page for each unit type
Write a page for each unit you build, such as a site office, a toilet block or a PUF panel cold room, with sizes, panel thickness, loading and transport limits. Record which page an enquiry names.
Tender portal routine
Name one person to read GeM and the state tender portals on a fixed hour each day and log every notice within your transport radius with the closing date. Check tender terms before you bid.
Contractor and consultant list
List the contractors, plant managers and consultants who hire units for a project. Note the projects they run, their mobilisation dates and the person who signs.
Project log
Track new factories, hospitals and road works inside your delivery area through notices and site visits. A unit is needed when work starts, so reach the contractor before mobilisation.
Rental fleet list
For units you hire out, keep a list of what is on site, what is returning and what is free to redeploy. Note the end date of each hire and contact the customer before it.
What to leave until later
Skip general social media and paid ads aimed at the public. Your buyer is a contractor or a department. Reading notices and calling the right person comes first.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Who in our team should read the tender portals?
One named person, every week, at a fixed time. Spread across three people it stops happening inside a month. It is dull work and it is where the early enquiries come from. GullySales does not watch the portals for you.
We only sell locally. Is any of this worth it?
The project log is, more than anything else here. A local plant expanding or a road package awarded nearby is your next four orders. Advertising matters less when the radius is small.
Do we hire a dedicated tender person or train a sales engineer?
A sales engineer who knows your units is a better reader than a clerk, since the spec decides the bid. If volume grows, add a coordinator for documents. The reader should have a set hour and a log, so notices are not missed on busy days.
How do we tell whether an order came from a tender, the website or a call?
Log each order's origin: tender notice, contractor referral, website or repeat customer. Ask the buyer how they heard of you. Tender wins and referral wins behave differently, so record them in separate columns and compare them across the year.
Everyone asks for a rate per square foot on the phone. What do we tell them?
Give a band against a stated specification, and say what moves it: panel thickness, flooring, wiring, toilets, and whether transport and erection sit inside the number. A caller who hears a single figure will put it beside a 50mm shell from someone else. Naming what changes the rate is what keeps you in that comparison.
Buyers say prefab gets hot and leaks in the monsoon. How do we answer that?
With a number and an address, not an adjective. State the panel core and thickness, the roof detail and how the joints are sealed, then offer a site with a unit that has stood five years. One visit settles what no brochure will.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
