Modular and prefabricated building manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

The site engineer sends a hand sketch at nine at night and wants a rate.

WhatsApp for a prefab manufacturer is where the urgent enquiry lands: a sketch of a site office, a photograph of an approach road, a question about a dispatch date. GullySales sets up the business account, a catalogue of building types and the saved replies, and gets those chats into the enquiry record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of modular and prefabricated building manufacturers at work in India

For modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The photograph of the approach road answers the freight question”

Ask for it in your first reply. Whether a trailer can reach the site changes the quotation more than most specification arguments, and one picture settles it.

  • “One group per order saves a week of phone calls”

The contractor, the site engineer, your production person and the transporter in one group, with the drawing, the dispatch date and the vehicle number posted there. Everybody stops ringing the salesman for an update.

  • “A broadcast to contractors works only with a date on it”

A unit being erected this week, a shed completed in a named district, a rental cabin free from next season. Product catalogues sent to a list get muted.

What we do

What we deliver for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business account with a catalogue of building types

Site offices, bunkhouses, security cabins, toilet blocks and cold rooms, each with a photograph, the standard sizes and what the specification covers.

Result: A buyer sees your range without waiting for a PDF.

  2. Saved replies for the first four questions

Standard sizes and rate band, what the panel and frame are, whether transport and erection are included, and what the dispatch date depends on.

Result: A nine o'clock enquiry gets a real answer.

  3. Site details asked for up front

A short first reply that asks for the location, a photograph of the approach and the date required before any figure goes out.

Result: Quotations are based on the site as it is.

  4. One group per live order

Who is in it, what gets posted, and the rule that drawings and dispatch dates go there rather than to individuals.

Result: Nobody chases the salesman for a vehicle number.

  5. Chats moved into the enquiry record

A short routine for lifting the building type, site, quantity and required date out of a chat and into the record the same day.

Result: The enquiry survives a salesman changing phones.

  6. A rule for what is confirmed in writing

Specification, rate, dispatch date and payment terms confirmed on a formal quotation or purchase order, with the chat kept for progress.

Result: Nobody argues later about a message in a group.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

What a prefab manufacturer sets up before chats about sites and dispatch begin.

A sales number separate from the factory floor
Register WhatsApp Business on one number for enquiries, kept apart from the dispatch supervisor's phone. A contractor asking about a portacabin should not reach the person loading a truck.
Catalogue of building types
List the site office, labour bunkhouse, security cabin and toilet block types with size and panel specification, and leave the price as 'on request with site details'. The catalogue helps the buyer pick; it is not a rate card.
Opt-in from the enquiry form
Add a line on the website form and the quotation: 'Send updates on this order on WhatsApp'. Contractors' numbers collected at an exhibition get a short permission message before they join any list.
Templates for dispatch and erection notices
A dispatch date or erection schedule that you start yourself needs an approved template. Write them with order number, site and date. Check WhatsApp's current business policy and pricing before planning how many go out.
Order groups, with an end date
Open one group per live order with the buyer's site engineer and your project coordinator, and close it after handover. Do not add other buyers, since each group shows every member's number.
Opt-out and written confirmation
Every broadcast to contractors carries a way to stop. Any price, size or date agreed in chat is repeated in the written quotation or order confirmation before work begins.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should quotations go out on WhatsApp?
Send the formal quotation as a PDF and use the chat to say it has gone and what changed. A figure typed into a message gets quoted back at you two seasons later with no specification attached. Keep the number, the scope and the validity in one document.
Can we use WhatsApp with government and tender buyers?
For informal questions sometimes, but tender communication belongs on the portal and the official channel. Anything affecting the bid has to sit where the record is. Use the chat to chase a drawing approval or arrange a site visit, not to discuss price on a live tender.
A contractor sends a photograph of a site and asks for a price in minutes. What do we reply?
Reply with the saved acknowledgement, the building types that fit, and the details you need: size, location, approach road, power and ground condition. Quote only after those are in hand, since freight and erection change the rate. Say so politely.
Should we keep a broadcast list of contractors for new project types?
Keep one only for people who agreed, split by building type, and send rarely and with a date or stock position in it. A contractor who needs a labour camp will ignore a cold-room notice and may block the number.
Everyone asks for a rate per square foot on the phone. What do we tell them?
Give a band against a stated specification, and say what moves it: panel thickness, flooring, wiring, toilets, and whether transport and erection sit inside the number. A caller who hears a single figure will put it beside a 50mm shell from someone else. Naming what changes the rate is what keeps you in that comparison.
Buyers say prefab gets hot and leaks in the monsoon. How do we answer that?
With a number and an address, not an adjective. State the panel core and thickness, the roof detail and how the joints are sealed, then offer a site with a unit that has stood five years. One visit settles what no brochure will.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
