Modular and prefabricated building manufacturers · Pay per click advertising

The click you want and the click you get say the same words.

Paid search for a prefab manufacturer has to separate the contractor who needs forty units from the man wanting one used guard cabin. GullySales sets the geography by trailer distance, filters out the second-hand searches, and reports cost per quotation rather than cost per click.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of modular and prefabricated building manufacturers at work in India

For modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Porta cabin price is typed by both your buyers”

The contractor mobilising a site and the shopkeeper wanting one cabin search identically. Only the form tells them apart.

  • “Bidding beyond your trailer radius buys freight you cannot win”

An enquiry six hundred kilometres out arrives with a transport figure that ends the conversation before the specification does.

  • “Used and second-hand searches sit on your words”

People hunting a resale cabin or a scrapped container click the same adverts, and none of them are buying new manufacture.

What we do

What we deliver for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by unit type

Site offices, accommodation blocks, cold rooms, toilet blocks and security cabins run apart, each with its own words and page.

Result: A cold room click stops paying for cabin traffic.

  2. Geography set by road distance, not district names

Targeting drawn around the distance your trailers genuinely serve, with far areas run only where freight has been costed.

Result: You stop buying enquiries you cannot deliver.

  3. A negative list for used, scrap and dealership

Second hand, used, scrap, resale, container home plans, dealership, franchise and job, removed at launch and reviewed as new terms appear.

Result: The budget stays on new manufacture.

  4. A form asking the six things that decide the price

Number of units, size, site pin code, whether the road takes a trailer, crane availability and the date required.

Result: Your quotation starts from facts.

  5. Spend timed to mobilisation and tender seasons

Budget raised when your own team sees awards and tenders cluster in your region, instead of spread evenly through twelve months.

Result: Money lands when projects are starting.

  6. Reporting in quotations and orders

Cost per call, per quotation issued and per order won by unit type, against the figures from before the first advert.

Result: You know what an order cost in advertising.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches from a contractor needing site cabins, and the ones from a householder wanting one cheap box.

Porta cabin manufacturer, plus site office or labour camp
Bid. A contractor typing this is buying several units for a project. Say that you deliver to site and list the sizes you make, so a single-unit buyer sees it is not for them.
Prefab building, PEB shed and PUF panel cold room
Bid on each as its own ad group. The buyer has a drawing and a site. Ask on the form for the covered area, location and whether the foundation is ready.
Container office conversion and modular toilet
Bid where you convert containers or build toilet blocks. Land the click on a page with the sizes, finish levels and transport to site, since the buyer needs a delivered unit.
Second hand porta cabin, used container and rent
Block unless you sell used units or rent. Add used, second hand, olx, rent and hire as negatives. These searchers want the lowest price and leave.
Where the click lands
Send it to a page showing built projects with sizes and the delivery route, plus a form for site location and quantity. A project buyer judges you by units already delivered.
Counting a real enquiry
Count an enquiry with a site town, quantity and unit size, or a call from a contractor. Log it, and mark the ones that reached a quotation with transport added.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Our adverts bring single-cabin buyers. What are we doing wrong?
The advert is fine, the landing page is not. Put the rate band on it, with a form asking unit count and site pin code. Callers who answer are buyers, and the rest were never placing an order.
How far should we advertise?
As far as a loaded trailer goes while still leaving you a margin. Work that distance out once with real freight figures. Beyond it, advertise only where you already have a costed transport rate.
Should we advertise to every state we can reach?
Only where the freight still leaves you competitive. Start with the states your trailers already serve, and add one at a time. Check the call log for towns where you quoted and lost on transport, and drop those from the map.
Do we need a separate advert for government and institutional buyers?
Often yes. A school, a health centre or a department asks for specifications and a tender, not a quick rate. Run a separate page that states sizes, materials and approvals, and keep it from the contractor campaign.
Everyone asks for a rate per square foot on the phone. What do we tell them?
Give a band against a stated specification, and say what moves it: panel thickness, flooring, wiring, toilets, and whether transport and erection sit inside the number. A caller who hears a single figure will put it beside a 50mm shell from someone else. Naming what changes the rate is what keeps you in that comparison.
Buyers say prefab gets hot and leaks in the monsoon. How do we answer that?
With a number and an address, not an adjective. State the panel core and thickness, the roof detail and how the joints are sealed, then offer a site with a unit that has stood five years. One visit settles what no brochure will.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
