Luxury and premium brand retailers · Content marketing

Answer what a buyer asks before spending a lakh, and they come with their mind half made up.

Content marketing for a premium retailer means writing the careful pieces a serious buyer reads before a large purchase, such as how to choose a first mechanical watch or what to check in a handloom saree. GullySales plans them from your own sales conversations, and each piece leads to a private viewing.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For luxury and premium brand retailers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Content is the brand's own story”

Retellings of the maker's history add nothing a buyer cannot read on the brand's site.

  • “Posts talk about price and not about choice”

A buyer weighing between two pieces needs help to choose, not a list of features.

  • “Nothing helps the first-time buyer”

A person buying a first luxury piece does not know what to ask, and no page tells them.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury and premium brand retailers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A list of questions from your sales floor

The questions buyers ask, collected from the sales team and ordered by how often they come up.

Result: Content starts from what buyers ask.

  2. Buying guides by category

Plain guides on choosing a watch, a bag, a sofa or a fragrance, with your advice and the pieces in store.

Result: A buyer learns how to choose, and where.

  3. Care and service pieces

Pieces on caring for a leather bag, servicing a watch or maintaining furniture, with how your store helps.

Result: Owners return for care and for the next purchase.

  4. Gifting and occasion guides

Pieces for weddings, anniversaries and corporate gifting, with how to book a viewing.

Result: A buyer planning a gift finds a route to you.

  5. Pieces in the languages buyers use

Short pieces in English and the local language, written for the language and not translated word for word.

Result: A reader finds an answer in their own language.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

The questions a premium buyer asks before a large purchase, and the piece that answers each.

How do I choose my first mechanical watch?
A guide that asks what the watch is for, the wrist, the occasion and the budget range the buyer is comfortable with, and shows a few pieces in store. Do not quote prices that change.
How do I know this is an authorised seller?
A page that explains how you source, which papers and warranty come with a purchase, and how to check. It answers the doubt that stops many buyers.
What do I need to care for this piece?
A care and service guide for each category, with what the store does and what goes to the brand. Owners trust the store that explains aftercare.
What should I give for a wedding or a corporate gift?
A gifting guide with a few pieces at different levels, and how to arrange a private viewing and a set order. Leave prices to the visit.
What can I do with a piece I no longer wear?
A page on exchange and resale policy, if you have one, stated honestly. If you do not, say what you can do. It builds trust before a purchase.
Can I see it before I buy?
A page on private viewings, how to book one and what to bring. It answers the practical question and gets the buyer to the store.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Who writes the content?
GullySales writes from your sales team's knowledge and your product details, and your team reviews each piece. Brand claims are checked against what the brand permits before anything is published.
Can we reuse the brand's product descriptions?
Only as the brand allows, and copied text does not help search. Write your own advice around the product, and ask the brand's team about any images and wording they supply.
Is video worth it for a premium store?
A short video of a salesperson showing a piece can work well if it is well lit and calm. Written guides and photographs are easier to keep accurate, and are what search finds.
How do we keep content accurate when models change?
Date each piece, review it when the season's range changes, and remove discontinued models. A page that describes something no longer in the store loses the buyer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
