Luxury and premium brand retailers · Local SEO

Show the mall, the floor and the hours on Maps, because the buyer is already on the way.

Local SEO for a premium retailer means making the store easy to find and reach when someone searches nearby, with the right mall, floor, hours and number. GullySales sets up the Google Business Profile for each store, keeps it matching the mall's and the brand's own listings, and records calls and direction requests.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For luxury and premium brand retailers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The profile shows the mall but not the floor”

A buyer arrives at the mall and cannot find the store, or reaches the wrong entrance.

  • “The brand's store locator lists a different number”

The maker's website sends buyers to a number that rings at a head office and not at your store.

  • “Old listings show a closed outlet”

A previous shop address still appears in directories and draws customers to a shutter.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury and premium brand retailers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Business Profile for each store

A profile with the address, mall name, floor and landmarks, hours that match the store and a number that is answered.

Result: A buyer finds the store and the right entrance.

  2. Brand and category listings

The brands and categories you carry, listed as services and products, with photographs of your own display.

Result: A buyer sees what is actually there.

  3. A check of the brand's store locator

A review of how each brand lists your store and a request to correct the number and hours.

Result: The brand sends buyers to your store, not elsewhere.

  4. Photographs of the store

Photographs of the entrance, the displays and the viewing area, taken in good light.

Result: A buyer sees what to expect.

  5. Calls and direction requests recorded

A record of calls and map requests against the baseline.

Result: You see how many buyers the profile sends.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence, and a premium retailer has particular things to get right in each.

Relevance
Choose the category that fits the main business, such as watch store, jewellery store or furniture store, and list brands and product groups. Read Google's current guidelines on names and categories.
Distance
Google favours a store close to the person searching, and premium buyers often search while in the mall or the high street. Fix the pin, the floor and the entrance in the description.
Prominence
Reviews, mentions in the mall's own directory, press and the brand's locator count. Ask for reviews as every sale closes, and reply to each in a measured tone.
Directories that matter
Google, the mall's own directory, the brand's store locator and JustDial for the neighbourhood. Claim and correct each. For brand listings, ask the brand's retail team in writing.
Name, address and phone consistency
Write the store name as it appears on the board and the invoice. Use one number the sales team answers, with the WhatsApp link on the same.
Hours and appointments
Show real hours and say if private viewings are by appointment. A profile that says open and a shutter that says otherwise costs a buyer who travelled.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are in a mall and share an address with other stores. Is that a problem?
No, but make sure the floor, unit number and store name are exact. Add the entrance and parking note in the description, and check Google's current guidelines on shared premises.
Can we list several brands as separate profiles?
Generally one profile per store. A separate profile for each brand inside the same shop looks like spam and may be removed. If a brand runs its own store-in-store with its own staff, ask Google's guidelines.
Someone created a duplicate listing for our store
Report it to Google as a duplicate with the right details. Removal is Google's decision. Keep your own profile correct, and ask the mall to fix any listing they control.
Can we use the brand name in the profile name?
Only if it is part of your registered store name or the brand permits it, and Google's guidelines do not allow extra keywords. Use the name on your board and check the current rules.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
