AR, VR and XR development studios · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the use the buyer describes, not for the letters AR and VR.

SEO for an immersive studio means building pages for the searches buyers make about a use, such as a virtual property tour or a safety training scene. GullySales works on page plans, headings and internal links so each use you serve has a page worth finding.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For AR, VR and XR development studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search the outcome”

A developer types virtual walkthrough for apartment project, a college types VR lab for engineering students. Neither types extended reality. Pages built around the technology name answer a question that few buyers ask.

  • “Freelancers and big studios share the results”

A search for AR app development in Bengaluru returns individual developers, large agencies and course providers. A studio needs pages that make clear it builds, tests on devices and supports the client after launch.

  • “Demo pages get hidden behind forms”

A sample locked behind a download form cannot be read by search. A text page that describes the demo, the device it runs on and the room it was tested in gives search something to match and gives the buyer a reason to ask.

  • “Language and region matter for education”

A school chain in a smaller city may search in Hindi, Tamil or Kannada. A page written in that language reaches a buyer an English-only site cannot.

What we do

What we deliver for AR, VR and XR development studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Use-case page plan

A list of buyer searches grouped by use and by industry, each mapped to one page so pages do not compete for the same phrase.

Result: Each page has one job and one search it is written for.

  2. Pages for each sector

Rewritten titles, headings and opening lines for property, education, training, retail and events, in the buyer's words.

Result: A searcher can read the title and see their own use.

  3. Device pages with text

A page per device family describing the build running on it, the room, and any limit found, in readable text.

Result: Search can match a buyer's device to your work.

  4. Internal links from use to proof

Links from each use page to the matching demo, film and pilot offer.

Result: A visitor moves from a need to evidence and a next step.

  5. Regional language versions

Main use pages written in the local language with title and description to match.

Result: Local-language searches land on a page written for them.

  6. Site health fix list

A check of load speed on a phone, heavy video embeds, broken links and missing descriptions.

Result: The owner holds a list of faults found and fixed.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can you promise a first-page ranking?
No. Rankings depend on competitors and the search engine. GullySales improves page quality, structure and wording and shows what changed, page by page, so progress can be checked.
Should the site use the term metaverse?
Use it only where the buyer does, and check what the page is really about. Lead with the use and the device. A heading that promises something the studio does not build costs trust.
Do videos help search?
They help the buyer, and a transcript or a text description helps search read them. Place the film on the use page with a few lines of plain text beside it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
