Post the commissioning, where plant engineers already scroll.

Social media for an integrator means LinkedIn, where plant heads, project managers and OEM engineers read about real installations. GullySales runs the calendar, clears what each customer allows to be shown, and keeps it going through a commissioning month.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For industrial automation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “LinkedIn is where the plant head actually is”

Maintenance and project engineers read there between meetings, and a post about a fault they have had gets a reply.

  • “A photograph on site can breach an agreement”

Most plants forbid images of their line, so agree at the order stage what may be shown and when.

  • “Your commissioning engineer has the best material”

A short video of a machine running after a retrofit explains more than a page of specification.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial automation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Permission agreed at the order stage

A clause covering photographs, video and naming, so the question is settled before the team is on site.

Result: You know on day one what may be shown.

  2. A short video from every commissioning

A machine running after the work, filmed on a phone by the engineer on site, with one line about what changed.

Result: Proof arrives without a film crew.

  3. LinkedIn aimed at plant heads and OEMs

Posts and comments pointed at maintenance heads, project engineers and the OEM teams who recommend integrators, not at other integrators.

Result: The right people see the work.

  4. The founder's own profile used properly

The founder posting about migration decisions and commissioning problems, which travels further than the company page ever will.

Result: Conversations start from a person.

  5. A fortnight of posts banked before a big job

Material approved in advance, so the feed keeps moving through the weeks the whole team is on site.

Result: The account does not go quiet in a busy quarter.

  6. Enquiries from LinkedIn counted separately

Messages and profile visits that turned into enquiries recorded, against the baseline taken before the work starts.

Result: You know whether the hour a week is worth it.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where plant heads and engineers read about automation, and what to post for each.

LinkedIn company page
Post a project as the line, the problem, the PLC and drive family used and what changed on the floor. Name the customer only if the order allowed it.
Commissioning engineers' own profiles
Let the engineer post a fault they traced, such as a servo tuning issue or a communication drop, and how they fixed it. Plant heads trust people who explain faults.
YouTube factory acceptance test videos
Film the machine or panel running before dispatch: HMI screens, a full cycle and an alarm being cleared. The customer's engineers watch it before they visit.
WhatsApp Business catalogue for channel partners
List the brands and product families you stock, such as drives, PLCs and sensors, with order code format, so maintenance buyers can send you a part number.
The founder's profile
Write about one automation decision a plant head faces, such as retrofit or replace. A founder's view travels further than a company announcement.
What not to post
Never show an HMI screen with a customer's recipe or process values, a drawing, tag names or IP addresses. Crop to the machine and get the customer's yes in writing.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What does an integrator post about?
A fault and how it was solved, a migration decision, or a commissioning lesson. Product photographs alone get ignored.
Can we post if the customer will not be named?
Yes, with the plant and its branding kept out of frame and the industry described instead.
Should we post about a breakdown we fixed?
Yes, as a lesson, not a boast. Describe the fault, the cause and what was changed, without the customer's name or any process detail. Maintenance engineers read these closely. Ask the customer first if anything in the photograph could identify them or the plant.
Should we show the panel workshop or only finished installations?
Show both. Neat wiring, labelled ferrules and tested panels in the workshop tell an engineer how you build before they see an installation. Film before the panel is shipped, and avoid showing a customer's drawing or name on the door.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
