Rank for the domain you build in, not for software company.

SEO for a software firm means appearing when a founder or IT head searches for the system they need, such as a hospital build or a dealer app. GullySales builds a page for each domain and project type, and fixes what keeps them out of results.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For software development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Software company is a term you cannot win”

The words that bring buyers are the domain and the system, such as a logistics tracking platform or a field sales app.

  • “Cost searches come from people who will buy”

A founder typing what an app costs to build is budgeting, and a page that answers honestly earns the call.

  • “Your engineers' profiles are read as proof”

A technical buyer opens the profiles of the people who would build it before he reads the case study.

What we do

What we deliver for software development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each domain you build in

Logistics, healthcare, fintech or whichever two you want more of, each carrying the problems those buyers have and what you built for them.

Result: A buyer sees a team that knows his trade.

  2. A page per project type you sell

MVP builds, a dedicated team, legacy modernisation and rescue work, written the way a buyer describes what he wants.

Result: The searcher finds the engagement he is after.

  3. An honest page on what a build costs

What moves an estimate, why a two-line idea cannot be priced, and what a discovery stage costs on its own.

Result: Budget conversations start from the same page.

  4. Case pages that respect the NDA and still rank

Each project written as problem, approach and outcome under headings a search engine reads, with names used only where permitted.

Result: Confidential work still brings enquiries.

  5. Engineer profiles tidied and linked

The team's public profiles made consistent with the work you claim, and linked from the pages a technical buyer reads.

Result: The proof holds when a CTO checks it.

  6. Reporting by domain and project type

Visits and enquiries for each page, against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You can see which domain page earns its keep.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a founder or IT head types before asking for a proposal, and the page that answers it.

mobile app development company in Bengaluru
A service page. Say which platforms you build for, what your discovery stage produces, who the client talks to, and show two products live on the stores that you may name.
hospital management software development
A domain page. Describe the modules you have built, the standards the client may ask about, how you handle patient data, and what you need from the hospital before a scope is agreed.
custom ERP development for manufacturing
A project-type page. List the processes you have mapped, such as bill of materials and shop floor entries, and how you migrate data, with a case written so it does not reveal the client.
Flutter vs React Native for a startup app
A comparison page for a founder. Say which you choose and when, based on projects you have shipped, and what each choice does to hiring, cost and maintenance later.
MVP development for startups
A page about a first version. Explain how you cut a feature list, what a minimum product contains, and how a client moves from the first version to a team that can keep building.
dedicated development team India
A page for overseas buyers. Describe how a team is set up, working hours and the overlap with the client's time zone, and how code, access and ownership pass to the client.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do Indian buyers search, or only ask around?
Both. The referral searches your name and the domain, and what they find decides whether the call happens.
What do we do when every project is under NDA?
Write the problem, the architecture choice and the result without the name. Offer a reference call to a serious buyer.
Should we write technical blog posts about our stack?
Mostly not for buyers. Engineers read those, and they rarely hire you. Write what a founder asks before choosing a firm: how a discovery phase works, what changes a scope, and who owns the code. Keep technical writing for hiring.
Do overseas clients search differently from Indian ones?
Often. They search for developers by role and country, and they compare time-zone overlap and contract terms. Give them a page of their own, written for their questions, with a clear statement of who owns the code and how work is handed over.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
