Wedding planners · Lead generation

Answer the midnight message before the bride shortlists four others.

Lead generation for a wedding planner is the late-night Instagram message turning into a qualified enquiry, a family meeting and a signed advance. GullySales sets the questions that sort a real date from a browse, and the follow-up that carries a proposal through weeks of family discussion.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For wedding planners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The enquiry arrives at eleven at night

The couple are scrolling after work, saving reels and messaging four planners at once. Whoever replies by morning is on the shortlist.

  • Four answers decide whether it is worth your evening

Date, city, guest count and budget range. Without them your team writes proposals for weddings that were never going to happen.

  • The real conversion is the family meeting

An enthusiastic bride is not a booking. Getting her parents into a room, with the budget broken down, is the step most planners never measure.

  • Silence after a proposal is normal here

Two families are discussing it, a grandmother has an opinion, and the date is still months away. So the follow-up has to be planned rather than anxious.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding planners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A qualifying reply for messages and the website form

Date, city, guest count, the functions planned and a budget range, asked in the first reply without reading like a form.

Result: You know by morning which enquiries deserve an evening.

  2. A same-day routine for enquiries that fit

Who replies, in what time, and what goes back first, including work from that wedding type rather than the general portfolio.

Result: Serious families hear from you first.

  3. The family meeting treated as the step that matters

An invitation, the parents' questions anticipated, and a pack covering rituals, budget control, vendors and who is on site on the day.

Result: The people who decide are in the room while you are fresh.

  4. A proposal that separates fee from vendor costs

Your planning fee, estimated vendor costs, payment stages and what is excluded, written so a father can read it without ringing you.

Result: The budget conversation stops being where you lose it.

  5. A follow-up schedule with a reason each time

A call two days after the proposal, a venue or date availability update, and a note before the date is genuinely at risk.

Result: You stay in the conversation without chasing.

  6. Enquiry to advance reported by source

Enquiries by platform, wedding type and budget, meetings held, proposals sent and advances taken, compared with last season's figures.

Result: You can see which platform brings weddings you book.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for wedding planners

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at last season's enquiries by source and budget, how fast each got a reply, how many reached a family meeting, and why proposals were lost.

  2. 2

    Filter and answer fast

An enquiry form and DM reply that ask about date, city, guest count and budget range, with the serious ones answered the same day.

  3. 3

    Show what you manage

Portfolio stories by wedding type and scale, covering guest logistics, rituals and problems solved, not only décor photographs.

  4. 4

    Win the family

A meeting pack for parents, a proposal with a clear fee and vendor cost breakdown, and a follow-up schedule through the family's decision.

  5. 5

    Grow the referrals

Relationships with venues, decorators, photographers and past families, kept warm through the year and not only in season.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we ask about money without losing the couple?
Give a range first and ask which one they are planning within. Saying that the weddings you plan usually begin at a certain figure turns it into a question of fit rather than an interrogation.
A family has gone quiet after the proposal. Do we chase?
Give them a reason to reply instead of a reminder. A venue releasing dates, a vendor's availability, a question about a ritual. Three reminders in a week reads as desperation and ends the conversation.
Should we show a starting budget on our website?
Usually yes. A line such as weddings we plan typically start from a certain range filters out mismatched enquiries and saves your team hours. Couples with a larger budget are not put off by a starting figure.
How do we stand out when every planner posts the same décor?
Tell the story behind the photographs. Film how you moved guests between two venues on a rainy day, or ran a Tamil and a Punjabi ceremony in one weekend. That shows the parents what they are really paying for.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
