Wedding planners · Social media

Turn the saved reel into a message with a date in it.

Social media for a wedding planner is where a couple builds their shortlist, from saved reels of entries and decor to the direct message that starts everything. GullySales plans what gets filmed, what gets posted and who answers the messages that arrive after midnight.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For wedding planners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Decor reels are saved, logistics reels are believed

Everybody posts the mandap. Film how three hundred guests moved between two venues in the rain and the parents understand what they are paying for.

  • Saves matter more than likes here

A bride saves a reel in March for a wedding in December. The account that keeps appearing in her saved folder is the one she messages.

  • Every wedding is somebody's private day

You cannot post freely. Permission belongs in the contract and has to be asked again afterwards, which changes what you can plan to film.

  • The message arrives when your team is asleep

Couples scroll late. A first reply at nine the next morning, carrying the right questions, is worth more than another post.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding planners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A filming plan for each wedding you run

What is captured beyond the decor: guest movement, a ritual handled well, a problem solved, the team at work, with permission arranged in advance.

Result: You leave each wedding with material nobody else has.

  2. A posting plan built around saves

Reels and carousels planned for the months couples are shortlisting, in formats people keep rather than only like.

Result: You stay in the saved folder for months.

  3. Content written for the parents

Carousels on budget control, ritual planning, guest hospitality and what your team does on the day itself, aimed at the people who decide.

Result: The family meeting starts with less to prove.

  4. Reply rules for the late-night message

Who answers, by when, and the four questions the first reply carries without reading like a form.

Result: The couple hears from you before the other planners wake up.

  5. Permission handled properly

A consent clause in your contract and a request after the wedding, recorded for each family and each photographer.

Result: You post without a family or a photographer objecting.

  6. Messages, meetings and bookings traced monthly

Enquiries from each platform through to meetings and advances, weighed against the previous season's figures.

Result: You know whether the posting brings weddings or applause.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for wedding planners

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at last season's enquiries by source and budget, how fast each got a reply, how many reached a family meeting, and why proposals were lost.

  2. 2

    Filter and answer fast

An enquiry form and DM reply that ask about date, city, guest count and budget range, with the serious ones answered the same day.

  3. 3

    Show what you manage

Portfolio stories by wedding type and scale, covering guest logistics, rituals and problems solved, not only décor photographs.

  4. 4

    Win the family

A meeting pack for parents, a proposal with a clear fee and vendor cost breakdown, and a follow-up schedule through the family's decision.

  5. 5

    Grow the referrals

Relationships with venues, decorators, photographers and past families, kept warm through the year and not only in season.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

The photographers own the pictures. How do we post the weddings?
Agree it before the wedding. Most photographers allow use with a credit when it is settled in advance, and the family's permission is a separate matter. Sorting both at booking time saves an argument later.
How often should a planner post?
Enough to stay in front of couples who are shortlisting, which for most is a few times a week in season. What decides it is whether each post gets saved, not how many there were.
Should we show a starting budget on our website?
Usually yes. A line such as weddings we plan typically start from a certain range filters out mismatched enquiries and saves your team hours. Couples with a larger budget are not put off by a starting figure.
How do we stand out when every planner posts the same décor?
Tell the story behind the photographs. Film how you moved guests between two venues on a rainy day, or ran a Tamil and a Punjabi ceremony in one weekend. That shows the parents what they are really paying for.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
