Wedding planners · Local SEO

Be listed where the wedding happens, not only where you sit.

Local SEO for a wedding planner is the near-me result a family checks when searching for a planner in a city, often not the city you sit in. GullySales sets up the Business Profile properly and works the service areas and the venue clusters around it.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For wedding planners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Planners work where they do not live

Your listing sits in one city while the weddings happen in four. Service areas and destination pages have to do the work an address cannot.

  • Local families still search near me

For a wedding in your own city, a father searching wedding planners near me is a real enquiry, and it usually arrives with a date attached.

  • Venue names are search terms

Families look for a planner who has worked at a particular hall or resort. Naming those venues catches searches nobody else is answering.

  • A home office needs explaining

Many planners work from a flat or a small studio. With no photographs and no meeting details, a parent assumes there is no business there.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding planners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile built for a planner, not a shop

Categories, service areas, how meetings happen, the functions you handle and photographs of the team at work rather than of a desk.

Result: A family can tell what the business actually is.

  2. Service areas set to the cities you work in

Each city and destination you genuinely run weddings in added as a service area, with a page about your work there behind it.

Result: Searches away from your address still find you.

  3. Venue-led posts and photographs

Posts naming the halls, resorts and palaces you have worked at, with photographs from those weddings and the family's permission.

Result: A search for a planner at that venue lands on you.

  4. Reviews asked for on the profile as well

A routine that sends couples and parents to the Business Profile, not only to the wedding platform that brought them.

Result: The listing has recent reviews when a father checks.

  5. One set of details across Maps and the platforms

The same company name, number and address on Google, the wedding platforms, Instagram and the website.

Result: Nobody wonders whether they found two different firms.

  6. Calls and enquiries from the listing reported

Searches that showed the profile, the calls, messages and direction requests that followed, and what they became, read against the audit figures.

Result: You learn whether Maps deserves the attention.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for wedding planners

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at last season's enquiries by source and budget, how fast each got a reply, how many reached a family meeting, and why proposals were lost.

  2. 2

    Filter and answer fast

An enquiry form and DM reply that ask about date, city, guest count and budget range, with the serious ones answered the same day.

  3. 3

    Show what you manage

Portfolio stories by wedding type and scale, covering guest logistics, rituals and problems solved, not only décor photographs.

  4. 4

    Win the family

A meeting pack for parents, a proposal with a clear fee and vendor cost breakdown, and a follow-up schedule through the family's decision.

  5. 5

    Grow the referrals

Relationships with venues, decorators, photographers and past families, kept warm through the year and not only in season.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We run weddings in five cities. Should we open a listing in each?
Only where you have a real address and somebody there. Otherwise use service areas and a proper page per destination. Invented listings get taken down and drag your main profile with them.
We work from home. Should the address be public?
Hide the address and set service areas instead. Say that meetings happen at your studio by appointment or at the venue, and show the team and the work in photographs so the listing still looks like a business.
Should we show a starting budget on our website?
Usually yes. A line such as weddings we plan typically start from a certain range filters out mismatched enquiries and saves your team hours. Couples with a larger budget are not put off by a starting figure.
How do we stand out when every planner posts the same décor?
Tell the story behind the photographs. Film how you moved guests between two venues on a rainy day, or ran a Tamil and a Punjabi ceremony in one weekend. That shows the parents what they are really paying for.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
