Wedding planners · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the search that names a city and a date, not for decor ideas.

Pay per click advertising for a wedding planner buys the few searches carrying real intent, such as a planner in a destination city. GullySales blocks the students, the vendors and the idea-hunters, and tracks which click reached a family meeting instead of a saved reel.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For wedding planners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Wedding keywords are the most polluted in the country

Decoration ideas, planning courses, vendor jobs, mehendi designs. None of that traffic will hire anybody, and all of it lands on the same words you want.

  • One booking pays for a year of clicks

A single wedding is worth what a shop earns in months, which is why a high click cost can still work here as long as the qualification is tight.

  • The season decides the switch

Enquiries for the winter muhurtas come during the monsoon. Spend then, and cut it once your calendar for those dates is full.

  • Families abroad are a separate campaign

A family in London or Dubai searching for a planner in India needs its own wording, its own hours and a different price for the click.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding planners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns by destination and wedding type

Separate campaigns for each city you work in and for destination, intimate and traditional weddings, each with a landing page of its own.

Result: Spend follows the weddings you want to run.

  2. A negative keyword list for a polluted market

Courses, jobs, decoration ideas, mehendi designs, invitation templates and vendor searches blocked before they take clicks.

Result: The budget stops paying for people planning nothing.

  3. Budget qualification inside the advert and the form

Copy that states the range you work in, and a form asking date, city, guest count and budget before anything else.

Result: Your team stops replying to enquiries it cannot serve.

  4. Scheduling set against the muhurta calendar

Spend raised in the months families fix dates for the winter muhurtas, and cut once those dates are booked out.

Result: Money is in the market while decisions are being made.

  5. A campaign written for families overseas

Search campaigns aimed at families abroad, with meeting slots across time zones and pages about planning a wedding remotely.

Result: Enquiries arrive from families who plan early and decide fast.

  6. Click to family meeting reported monthly

Clicks, enquiries, meetings held and advances received for each campaign, set against the enquiry mix before the adverts started.

Result: You know the cost of a booking rather than of a click.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for wedding planners

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at last season's enquiries by source and budget, how fast each got a reply, how many reached a family meeting, and why proposals were lost.

  2. 2

    Filter and answer fast

An enquiry form and DM reply that ask about date, city, guest count and budget range, with the serious ones answered the same day.

  3. 3

    Show what you manage

Portfolio stories by wedding type and scale, covering guest logistics, rituals and problems solved, not only décor photographs.

  4. 4

    Win the family

A meeting pack for parents, a proposal with a clear fee and vendor cost breakdown, and a follow-up schedule through the family's decision.

  5. 5

    Grow the referrals

Relationships with venues, decorators, photographers and past families, kept warm through the year and not only in season.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is a listing platform a better use of money than Google Ads?
It depends on your city and your budget segment, and the only way to know is to track both. We record which enquiries from each source reach a family meeting and an advance, then you decide where next season's money goes.
Should we advertise in the off-season?
Yes, for the intimate weddings that happen then, and for next season's destination enquiries, which start early. Cut the spend for dates you are already booked on.
Should we show a starting budget on our website?
Usually yes. A line such as weddings we plan typically start from a certain range filters out mismatched enquiries and saves your team hours. Couples with a larger budget are not put off by a starting figure.
How do we stand out when every planner posts the same décor?
Tell the story behind the photographs. Film how you moved guests between two venues on a rainy day, or ran a Tamil and a Punjabi ceremony in one weekend. That shows the parents what they are really paying for.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
