Wedding planners · Digital marketing

Start the season in the monsoon, while families are fixing winter dates.

Digital marketing for a wedding planner is deciding what Instagram, search, the wedding platforms and your venue relationships are each meant to bring, and in which months. GullySales sets that plan against the muhurta calendar and reports what each channel produced in enquiries and bookings.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For wedding planners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your year has two halves and they are not equal

Winter muhurtas fill months in advance while the monsoon is empty. Marketing has to run ahead of the season rather than inside it.

  • Platforms rent you an enquiry, a venue gives you one

A listing fee buys a message. A resort that recommends you sends a family that already trusts somebody, and it costs a relationship instead of money.

  • The couple and the parents use different channels

She found you on Instagram. He will open your website, ask who is on your team and want a budget in writing before he agrees to meet.

  • The off-season needs an offer of its own

Intimate weddings, receptions after a registered marriage and corporate events keep a team paid through the quiet months.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding planners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan set against the season

What Instagram, search, the platforms, venues and referrals are each expected to bring, and the months the effort goes in.

Result: Work happens before the enquiry season, not during it.

  2. A website that satisfies the parents

Team, process, rituals handled, budget approach and real weddings, written for the person who was never looking at reels.

Result: The family meeting starts from a better position.

  3. A platform decision based on what they produce

Enquiries from each listing site tracked through to meetings and advances, so a fee is renewed on evidence rather than on habit.

Result: You stop paying for a platform that brings browsing.

  4. A venue and vendor relationship routine

The halls, resorts and vendors who get asked to recommend a planner, with a profile, a joint offer and regular contact through the year.

Result: Referrals keep coming when the platforms go quiet.

  5. An off-season offer with content behind it

Intimate weddings, receptions and smaller functions packaged and promoted in the months your calendar is thin.

Result: Quiet months carry part of the team's cost.

  6. One monthly view of the season

Enquiries, meetings, proposals and advances by channel and wedding type, held against last season's baseline.

Result: Next season's effort goes where the bookings came from.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for wedding planners

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at last season's enquiries by source and budget, how fast each got a reply, how many reached a family meeting, and why proposals were lost.

  2. 2

    Filter and answer fast

An enquiry form and DM reply that ask about date, city, guest count and budget range, with the serious ones answered the same day.

  3. 3

    Show what you manage

Portfolio stories by wedding type and scale, covering guest logistics, rituals and problems solved, not only décor photographs.

  4. 4

    Win the family

A meeting pack for parents, a proposal with a clear fee and vendor cost breakdown, and a follow-up schedule through the family's decision.

  5. 5

    Grow the referrals

Relationships with venues, decorators, photographers and past families, kept warm through the year and not only in season.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which months should we spend the most in?
The months before families fix dates, which for the winter muhurtas means the monsoon. By the time the season opens, the planners who were visible three months earlier are already on the shortlists.
Do we need a website when everything happens on Instagram?
Yes, because the parents go there. Instagram convinces the couple. The father who signs wants your process, your team and your budget approach in one place he can read without scrolling.
Should we show a starting budget on our website?
Usually yes. A line such as weddings we plan typically start from a certain range filters out mismatched enquiries and saves your team hours. Couples with a larger budget are not put off by a starting figure.
How do we stand out when every planner posts the same décor?
Tell the story behind the photographs. Film how you moved guests between two venues on a rainy day, or ran a Tamil and a Punjabi ceremony in one weekend. That shows the parents what they are really paying for.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
