Truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers · Local SEO

Show up on the map for the transport belt where your buyers already work.

Local SEO for a commercial vehicle dealer is the work of making the showroom, yard and workshop appear in Google Maps for searches made near the transport hub. GullySales corrects the Business Profile, the listings and the reviews for each premises and tracks the calls from the map.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Showroom, yard and workshop share one listing”

Sales, used vehicles and service sit under one name and one phone number, so a driver with a breakdown calls the sales desk and a buyer lands in the workshop.

  • “The buyer is on the highway, not at the showroom”

Much of the search is made near the transport nagar or the bypass, where distance to the yard decides who is called first.

  • “Old listings from the previous owner or address”

Dealers that moved to a new yard carry old addresses on several sites, and a driver follows the wrong pin and phones to ask where you are.

What we do

What we deliver for truck, trailer and commercial vehicle dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clean profile per premises

Separate listings for showroom, used yard and workshop, each with its own category, hours and number, and the pin placed on the gate.

Result: The caller reaches the desk that can answer him.

  2. Photographs a driver can use

The gate, the yard from the road, the service bay, the sales desk and the approach from the highway, so a driver can find the entrance.

Result: A driver arrives at the right gate on the first try.

  3. Services and vehicle categories filled in

Tippers, trailers, light commercial vehicles, used trucks, body building, finance help and service, each entered as a service you can actually perform.

Result: A search for a specific vehicle brings your listing up beside the others.

  4. Listings corrected across directories

The same name, address and number on Google, JustDial, IndiaMART, Bing, Apple Maps and the OEM's dealer locator, with old entries claimed or removed.

Result: Buyers and the OEM's own site send callers to the right door.

  5. A review and reply routine

A short message to send after delivery, a reply for each review and a record of who handled the sale.

Result: Your profile shows owners who actually bought and were served.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How a transporter near the transport hub finds one dealer over another on the map.

Relevance: the vehicle categories and services
Pick the primary category that matches what you sell most, then add services for tippers, trailers, used trucks and body building. Do not list vehicles you do not stock.
Distance: where the pin sits
Place the pin on the real gate of the yard or showroom, not on the main road. A driver filtering for the nearest dealer sees the pin first, so check it on a phone.
Prominence: reviews and mentions
Reviews from owners who bought or serviced with you, photographs and mentions on directories count here. Ask each delivered customer once and reply to every review that comes in.
Directories that buyers still use
Claim JustDial, IndiaMART and the OEM's dealer locator, and check that Bing and Apple Maps show the same address. Ignore any directory that asks for a fee before showing you a single enquiry.
Name, address and phone, matched everywhere
Write the dealership name, yard address and sales number exactly alike on every site. If the yard moved, find the old entries and fix them rather than adding a second listing.
Hours that a person answers
Show hours when a salesman will really pick up. Add a separate service number if the workshop has one, and mark festival closures before they happen.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the showroom and the workshop have separate Google listings?
Yes, if they are separate premises with their own phone and hours. Each listing gets the right category and the right number. Two listings for the same door are not allowed, so check Google's current guidelines.
Our yard is outside the city. Will Google still show us?
Yes, for searches near the yard and the transport belt, and for the city if the profile and the pages make your service area clear. Distance matters, so the pin must sit on the real gate.
A rival has listed a fake dealership near us. What can we do?
Report it on Google with proof of the real address, and keep your own profile complete and reviewed. Do not argue in reviews. Removal is Google's decision and cannot be promised.
Do we need a listing on JustDial and IndiaMART too?
Yes, a correct one, because some buyers still start there. Use the same name, address and phone number as on Google. Skip any paid package until you can show enquiries from the free listing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
